I count 13 local + 3 OS so far so am going to assume Tye is the 14th local.
No surprise
Big Bash League: Perth Scorchers won’t leave list spot open on Australian allrounder Cameron Green

Perth Scorchers will look to add superstar allrounder Cam Green to their list as a replacement player later in the tournament, rather than leaving a list spot open for him, if he chooses to return to the club.
Scorchers bosses have held discussions with Green around his availability for this summer’s Big Bash League and it is understood if he plays in the domestic competition for the first time in four years, it would be for his original club.
After taking two top-order batters — England’s Matthew Hurst and Keaton Jennings — at Sunday night’s overseas player draft,
the Scorchers have confirmed to The West Australian they will chase a second spinner with their final domestic spot.
Perth are holding out hope that Green will play some part in the back end of the tournament, but are anticipating he will rest after this summer’s five-Test series against India.
If he does make himself available for his first Scorchers game since January 2020, the club would look to add the 25-year-old as a local replacement player during the tournament. (
who are they "planning" on getting injured ? , personally think Green and Marsh will be put on cotton wool after the Indian Test Series and before they depart for Sri Lanka)
“We have spoken to Greeny a fair bit throughout this whole process and I think everyone is of the opinion that after five Test matches against India I think it is going to be a tough ask for him to back up and then play the back end of the BBL,” coach Adam Voges told The West.
“There is no pressure for Cam to come and be involved, but he would obviously be welcome should he decide to.”
Green had a lucrative multi-year deal tabled by Brisbane Heat before last season, but chose to sit the tournament out amid a busy international schedule.
The WA star is preparing for white-ball series against Scotland and England but will return to Perth after the series and is a chance to play the opening Sheffield Shield games of the season before the Test summer.
The Scorchers lost wrist-spinner Hamish McKenzie, who played four games last season, to Melbourne Stars in the off-season.
They had weighed up taking a spin option late in the draft, but instead picked Jennings to boost their batting stocks.
Three-time shield-winning off-spinner
Corey Rocchiccioli is available after playing for Melbourne Renegades and Stars on short-term deals in the past two seasons, while Scarborough’s
Matthew Spoors — who has previously held a rookie deal with Western Australia — played for the club in last month’s Top End T20 series.
“Spin will be that last domestic spot and we’re hoping to look local for that,” Voges said.
Perth’s move to sign New Zealand blaster Finn Allen on a two-year deal outside of the draft meant they could not afford to retain fan-favourite Laurie Evans when his name was read out with the third pick by the Renegades.
They passed in the gold round of the draft before taking Hurst, a 20-year-old English keeper-batter who lit up The Hundred for Manchester Originals.
Jennings landed at the Scorchers with their final pick and is a strong chance to open the batting with Allen.
Hurst’s wicket-keeping ability gives them back up to Josh Inglis, who will come into consideration for Australian selection this summer.
