IPL I was using CricInfo & CricBuzz , not sure if they are "official" lineups or just the writers view though , generally they are fairly accurate.
Thanks - the reason I asked is that they often seemed to be different! I think you may be right that they’re just someone’s view and subject to change/error. Maybe there isn’t even an official order.

I know the captain's exchange sides at the toss (not sure if that is in batting order or not) , so then maybe that gets released to the media after the toss.

The so called high scores so far proving not to be. Closer battle between bat and ball than many predicted this World Cup.
Really enjoying it. Less meaningless games with every team meeting each other once.
World Cup just seems ideal in England on their more mid-sized crowd grounds.

Mitchell Marsh on standby to replace Marcus Stoinis in the World Cup
What does standby mean in this case?
Is he over there playing domestic English summer cricket or is he over in Perth ready to fly over if they say they need a 15th member of squad ?

I think we are in a bit of trouble with our 3rd and 4th bowlers in team. Coulter-Nile is athletic fielder and big hitter in late order but if he is first change and ball not swinging he is mostly in the hitting zone and right pace to make use of for batting.
Where we are missing Pattinson and Richardson that both injured. Stonis is at least slower to be harder to make use of his own pace for batters but still not a big wicker taker. Maybe with this injury we have to change tactics mid tournament and play both Lyon and Zampa. Did not see any of last nights game but batting order looked a dogs breakfast looking at scorecard. Looks like they lost momentum too.

flew from Australia prior to flying out with the "A" side.

Apparently they are making a final decision on Saturday if they replace Stoinis for the rest of the tournament.

I agree with this, I have very little confidence in our attack with NCN first change. His stats are okay but when things aren't going his way he seems to have limited ability to get back on track, or even try something different. I'm not sure we can pick both him and Starc if we are essentially relying on them swinging the ball but conditions keep pointing to no swing.

Injured all-rounder Marcus Stoinis will travel with the Australian squad to Nottingham where a final call on whether he remains in the World Cup will be made before Thursday's clash against Bangladesh.

Be interesting to see who opens with Harris in the 4 day games , and if Burns is not right for the Ashes the makeup of the 1st Test side.

Think the side against Sri Lanka ended up:-

Harris
Burns
Khawaja
Labuschagne
Head
Patterson

Smith & Warner will come back in for Harris/Burns & Labuschagne I suspect

This World Cup tournament becoming a bit too predictable for my liking. Small boundaries, not much swing, has it becoming a bit of a batting paradise.
330 is minimum batting first to be seen as 45 chance of winning. You really need over 360 to feel like you can back your bowlers in most games to defend. But 400 is certainly going to be able to be chased down. But that is not even the main predictable part. Half way through tournament and we virtually know England, India, Australia and New Zealand will be in the semi-finals. Bit of a let down. with so many weeks left that might become lame. Expected a bit more from sides like West Indies and a few others to push to the end to make semi-finals. Even if they win their last 4 games, not sure they can make it.
