I think better cameras are required.

The bowler get the benefit of the doubt.

It's hard to see with this pic. I drew a line, but even parts of the white line are outside of the redline. It's not pefect, but this was when first impact was made.

It's past now and they have moved on...

Yeah my view is it was out - but I can't imagine ever having a closer decision to make!

Two interesting points come out of it for me:
1) as always with these things, you don't open yourself up to these things if you just set up to land half a foot further back...
2) I have never heard Simon Taufel disagree with an umpiring decision on the 7 coverage until now - he knows how hard a job it is, for him to even say he wouldn't have overturned the decision was notable.

At least they have been consistent, their has been 3 like this and all have been given oit
