A preview on SA for the shield this season. Doggett won't be there for game 1 due to border restrictions. Maybe Lloyd Pope gets that spot and they play two spinners. Jake Carder from WA appears to be getting first go at the number 3 spot.

Be very surprised if it was postponed completely.

Have seen a few different scenarios mentioned like arriving in Perth and playing 2 Tests their then go Adelaide , MCG & SCG or just having a 3 Test series.

Hard to see them reducing the 14 day isolation rule on arrival though unless they then do it for everyone.

As for what the state situation will be in December & January though , sounds like it will be easier to travel OS than it is to travel intrastate.

Think the 26 September the 2 boards are meeting again.

I guess most of you know, but I just caught up on the result of the Aussie women's match v India. Aussies needed 3 off the last ball, got caught only for it to be called a no ball for height, then got two runs off the free hit. They just can't lose.

Aussies played well, but defending 11 per over in the closing stages, India snatched defeat from the jaws of victory... couldn't prevent 2s, misfields, overthrows, two no-balls for height...
