Yeah barring an absolute disaster looks like I’ll get a the unlikely win.

I’ll preface this by saying I know next to nothing about the sport but I was a bit disappointed by my storm players (Smith & Hughes) scores considering the final match score line, especially after seeing a few 100+ scores going around.
Hughes will have games like that where the points are spread around. His involvement as a fullback isn’t as strong as an RTS, turbo or gutherson so his scores will reflect that.

Smith has just been down on involvement all three games so far, seems like they have given him a role to survive through the easier games and then have a higher involvement during the tougher matches. I’m sure his scores will lift soon.

No idea what I am doing in this, but sitting 12/740 with Garner, Burgess (c), Burns, Murray and Arrow to come.

My cash generation should be ok with every squad player still playing and 6/7 bench players scoring over 50 so far this week ... potty I have 5 scores of 50 or lower on field though!!

Any thoughts on Cook vs Arrow for captain? Would like to go with Arrow but I don't think he'll see as many minutes as he did last week.

I’d go with Cook. He’ll get some attacking stats to go with 40+ tackles you would think, so minimum 65-70. If he has a day out he’ll get 90+.

Arrow is the riskier option but more upside obviously, wish I’d put the armband on him instead of Fifita now as I’m sure he’ll clear 55 with ease even with 50 minutes game time.

The tigers bulldogs game is not quite playing out as expected. Farah (c) and Garner for me.

Bad luck. Think Garner had an injury but pretty sure he is back on.

Also looking like a great rookie downgrade option in a couple of weeks.

Currently going at 1 PPM.

Could be the ideal downgrade to help get Turbo. :)

Garner had a HIA I'm fairly sure so he may come back on the 2nd half.

I think Okunbor will be good if one of our other cheapies gets injured or dropped for whatever reason. Wouldn't rush him in though unless you've got a bench spot free for a cheapie.

Jesus Napa is going to earn a fair bit of coin too. Apart from Keighran and Brown, all my reserves have scored 50+, potentially 3 of those will have scored 90+ with Napa at 70 points with 25mins left.

Was so close to selling Napa after round 1 but I'm so glad I decided to save the trade instead.

Great performance by Marsters who is currently on 90 pre updates and I was entertaining the idea of captaining him but he was behind J Arrow and A Fifita in the pecking order. Congrats to D Napa owners on his 2nd consecutive 80 and via NRL Supercoach stats his projected price is 369,043 with a break-even of -46. A score of 50 in his next game will see his price rise by 70,000.

Could potentially hold Moylan and trade Friend to Rein which will allow Tatola to Napa and use Napa's funds to get a TTurbo/Teddy/Crichton.

Arrow (C), Burns and Murray left and on 836.

Increased minutes since round 1 put him into potential keeper territory if he can rack up regular attacking stats. His first week I was also a bit miffed with his output, but the last two weeks he seems to be increasing that work rate. 47 base points this week along with his other attacking stats is very nice.

Interested to see what Cartwright can do with a starting spot this match. I'm looking for a cheapie 5/8 or halfback so I can shift/sell Moylan to find a position in my centres. At this point in time I'll probably look at bringing in a nuffie to use as a loophole.
