Thanks. Will have to keep a close eye on his and Koroisau's situation when team lists are released.

If I decide to bring in Fainu would you
A. Downgrade B Smith to W Egan as well freeing up 384,300

B. Keep B Smith until next week and then trade for R Farah with a remaining salary this week of 319,800 and likely 120,000 after the trade is executed next round.
I’d only go the one this week. Farah can probably wait as his BE is 113. He’ll come down another 15-20k with even an 80. If he has a bad week it could be 25-30k which makes him extremely affordable.

However, Farah would be a better post round 12 purchase in my opinion.

Farah wouldn't be brought in this week as if I was selecting him pre bye it would be next week.

Made my couple trades for the week. Friend and Garner out for two manly players in Waddell and Fainu. I’m chasing quick cash from Waddell and an extra bye player whilst I’m of the belief I could be purchasing a potential keeper in Fainu.

Hoping Hasler sees the light and plays Fainu for 80 minutes.

I no longer can work out whether Supercoach is a very different game to NRL Fantasy, or it is simply that I spend all my time focusing on one and ignoring the other, but....

NRL Supercoach ranking: 30, 000
NRL Fantasy Ranking: 200

:ROFLMAO:
Welcome back.

I think @IDIG, @Herbie66, @KLo30, @Diabolical and I can all attest that our performance in competitions such as NRL SC, NBA or NFL Sportsdeck where there is less time allocated than AFL SC has a positive impact on our performance.

I actually think my team looks ok on paper, just a matter of fielding the right XVII each week and nailing my captain.

Trading out Ravalawa this week for Munster

Bank $ 97,000.00

C Smith / B Smith

Fifita, Haas / Lane, Papali

Trbojevic, Murray, S Burgess / Arrow , Burr, Gillett

Moses / Harris-Tavita

Munster / Morgan

Bateman, Gutherson, Marsters, Nikora / Okunbor , Xerri, Allan

Nicoll-Klokstad / Ponga

Sounds like a good move and also assuming you haven't made 2 trades this round you could execute B Smith to W Egan pocketing roughly 65,000 increasing your remaining salary to roughly 160,000. This could then be used in the coming weeks to turn L Burr and J Okunbor to J Taumalolo and B Ferguson.

Thanks for that , I will have a look at the Smith to Egan trade to start building the bank again.

I eventually need to get in Cook and Teddy, but I also might get in this bloke Sio Siua Taukeiaho (just for his name).

Have no idea how my team will be affected by State of Origin so might just cross that bridge when I get too it.

EDIT

I might keep Smith then I can swing him to 2RF when I trade Burr to Cook .

No idea what I’m doing, but whatever it is, it is working much better than my AFL SC side. I think the key is no emotional baggage!

Team below. Do I need to trade this week or conserve some trades?

That’s an older screenshot. Looks like round 4 judging from some of the prices.

Would probably hold off on trading unless you want to go early on Keighran > Dearden. I can’t see anything pressing in your team at the moment.
