Round 12 numbers aren't looking great, and bringing in Martin and Aekins the week before they got dropped certainly hasn't helped. Already made the trade of Burr to Taumalolo this week, but unsure of what to do with the other. At the moment considering CHT to Deardon or Morgan to Walker, but nothing is really standing out for me. Want to hold onto Aekins and Martin in case they make a miracle comeback for round 12 because I desperately need as many as I can get.

The halfback options aren't great and even though he is playing origin I think Cleary is easily the best option. He's scoring well in a horrible side, so when they finally click he will be a big beneficiary. you could go Rava to Young and bring Okunbor down to the CTW.

Thx mate. I was thinking Cleary as well (one of the few names I recognise) but I fall about 30k short with those trades unfortunately.

An option could be
Out: J Okunbor, C Waddell
In: R Paperhuyzen (via B Nikora) or H Young, J Taumalolo
To cover Hughes switch Morgan and Brown allowing M Morgan to fill in.

Out: M Ravalawa, C Waddell
In: Cleary (via C Allan and J Hughes), H Young if funds permit

So you reckon hold Hughes? He feels like a bit of a negative pod to me. Averaging about 20pts less over the last 5 and only the one big score about a month ago.

He won't play this week therefore he won't change in value so you can try and do something with him next week I guess.

To anyone planning on bringing Paperhuyzen in, just be wary that after this week he will most likely be back to the bench or even out of the side. He really only plays to cover for injury as can be seen if you look at his minutes which are 12, 1, 6, 12 and then 31 last week. He's a great quick cash grab but you should only be bringing him in if you have a way of getting him out to Tuivasa-Sheck or T Trbojevic in the next 1-3 weeks, as well as making sure you have good enough numbers for the first bye in round 12.

Not sure. Lack of appealing options for 5/8 and HFB but he also has the flexibility due to his DPP to grab a RTS or T Turbo. Dependent on how you decide to prioritise between grabbing Taumalolo or upgrading J Hughes.

That's alright. Cleary is the standout option but his potential State of Origin inclusion could be a deterrence if you are worried about having sufficient numbers for SOO but his season avg should compensate for his absence, between the next best alternative.
