I would hope so. He looked nothing like the way he has been training and playing in the NAB cup. Hopefully just put it down as a shocker and you can bet Simmo will be all over the boys after some of the butchering done in the second half.
Thought it was one of Pendles's quiet games. But lookign at it, 25 stats at 76% in the wet with 5 tackles, 5 clearances and 8 I50s. So yeah ok. Swan didn't deserve 111. Did some good work intercepting towards the end so must have racked up a few for that because I can't see him scoring much for the way he disposed of it.
Rick would have got a bunch from that missile he kicked from 55. I50, effective long kick, goal at a crucial moment. Did some other decent stuff as well. Talked myself out of picking him up though. Didn't think Leuenbegers game was worth 100 but there you go
11/893 over here and spitting chips. Carrying Hibberd, Dusty, Salem and Cripps (the wrong one). Also have McIntosh and Saad on the bench and neither are emergencies (Oxley and Miller are though... grrr)
Bright lights have been Pendles, Swan, Vandenberg, Bennel and Heeney. Pass marks to Nicnat and Brett Goodes.
Think I'll go Griff against St Kilda for the captain rather than take Pendles 113. Maybe Goldy vs Adelaide, but expect Jacobs will prove a tough opponent. So 12 scores to come with CEY as the only rookie and Clark. If I can avoid the carnage, I should be able to get to 2100 easily enough you'd think.
