Help for my final trade please:

Backline: Yeo, Brayshaw, Simpson, Laird, Hurn, Austin, Doedee (out 385700), L.Ryan (out 384100)

Cashola: 74,700
Guessing I keep Doedee and remove Ryan, to have two more options for loophole (Freo and Collingwood)

Have 458800 If Ryan traded.

Thought Collingwood Crisp the guy I go to - Has not been on my radar all year - but would not be able to loophole as cannot afford unless I trade Doedee (missed by a bee's proverbial).

Who else from Port, Essendon, GC, Geelong, Richmond, Bulldogs, Freo? Possibly JJ, Short, Salem, Howe?

THoughts?

Or is crisp so good - I lock in over austin?

Cheers

He has to have been playing with the bad shoulder like he did for the second half of last year. Port Adelaide chased some players that other clubs didn't want and it hasn't paid off for them (something Freo are very good at). I'd only be chasing players who want to go home or are being held out of very good teams.

Bont named, but was listed as a sore back during the week. What chances he is a late out or underperforms due to the “injury”?

I think there’s a distinct chance we’re going to see a few late outs or TOG player management this round. Especially for those playing finals. It’s why I’m so weary of making Danger vice.

My season could take an unfortunate turn if any more of my players are out. Have one trade for Walters (likely Parfitt). But after that I might only have Ahern to cover Buddy. Parker also under a cloud and I have no midfield cover so it's donuts if he misses for me. No defensive cover either. A real limp to the finish line...

Crisp against Freo sounds like he should score well. He scored 115 against them earlier this year, if you like past stats.
I like your Crisp in over Austin.

I think you're right. I'm trying to be too cute with loophole. Doedee out for Crisp. Who will play over Austin

Some random stats courtesy of Triple M.

Coleman Medal
Will we have a Coleman Medal winner to have kicked less than 65 goals in a season to win the award for the first time since 1965? Coming into round 23, Jack Riewoldt leads the Coleman Medal race with only 60 majors, followed by Ben Brownwith 58.

During the 80’s & 90’s, 14 times in total, a player kicked more than 100 goals to win the Coleman Medal, opposed to only once inside the last 20 seasons (since 1999), which was Buddy Franklin in 2008.

Richmond v Bulldogs
The Bulldogs have won the past 4 against Richmond, and Marcus Bontempelli in his last 3 matches against the Tigers has polled 3 best on grounds with 9 Brownlow Votes averaging 26 disposals, 7 clearances and 1 major.

Sydney v Hawthorn
Tom Mitchell
only needs 26 more disposals to break his own record for the most number of disposals during the home & away season. Last season, Mitchell broke the all time record with 787, and with 1 more round to go sits on 762.

Finally for Bosch Tools,
The Demons are smashing opposition teams in contested ball by 17 per game, whereas the Giants are the number 1 team for scores from stoppages @ +199 against their opposition.
