Not the best start for me...

DreRuss 76 (I was banking on the fact that Stars would see how much they're leaving in the sheds by not moving Russ further up the order... hopefully last nights performance makes them reconsider the lineup for the next 3 games)

Also, I wish there was a way to skim through all these posts or at least have the important ones highlighted... i miss one game and suddenly there's 60 more pages I gotta read. And there's usually some gems among them.
One suggestion would be moving the "during games talk" where five different ppl say so and so got out ( ) to discord or something

been suggesting that for the last few seasons 😀 we used to have a Squad announcement thread but when Squads stopped announcing XIII it wasn't really that beneficial

yeah not a discord fan here, i've used it since like 2015 for a bunch of things and unless you want global cross platform voice comms its really not worth pivoting too. it's great for small groups ie sub 10 or 20 people but once you get larger than that it becomes a big mess that is a pain to follow.
Two trades down (Zampa and Stoinis in for Short and Garton) and now weighing the 3rd. Toying with getting in either Wade, Inglis or MMarsh but having more trouble figuring out who to trade out. Two main contenders are Khan and Philippe..
Kahn - Form hasn't been brilliant, and has had looks with the bat that haven't eventuated. Not sure he's a "must hold for the season" player this year, but feel he can be brought back in for later rounds if needed. The risk is if he hits form, he's elite and doesn't need DGR to ton up!
Philippe - Kind of the opposite, form has been brilliant! But it feels like one of those ones where he could be close to topping out, and I don't think any keeper is a season hold given the volatility of players that rely primarily on batting points. His BE is still low (14) but this move could free up some handy cash for the next few rounds.
Any thoughts appreciated!

Yeah interesting, what's people thoughts on Guthrie now?
Got too clever for myself and messed up Finch trade in, I can still change him out but I forgot I need the funds from my third trade to get Paris. With Neser gone does Guthrie stay in that squad now? It's really only him or punt on Seymour / JFM but I think they could drop out at any moment now.
Other option is just suck it up and get Renshaw early.

Yeah once Maddinson and Finch back in the Gades it feels like a lottery to pick any of them up. I don't need a play this week (well I am playing Hughes lol) but could loop em. Kelly doesn't have much security whereas Renshaw I think may bat first drop and possible bowl a bit and seems a solid in, its more just if Guthrie has a but of an extended run now or not.
