After Pog won in 20 & 21 it was hard to see anyone beating him for the next 10. JV probably out thought him last year but never thought I would seem him crack like he did last night.
Have to wonder if his pre tour injury affected him more then it seemed

I really didn't expect my 5 point throwaway pick to actually help me get a competition stage win, but I did pick him for breakaway potential. Had Abrahamsen, who was one of the three who finished ahead of Philipsen after being in the break all day. Sprinters threw away that stage by leaving the chase too late.

Probably locked in the back to back victories. Getting points out of your cheapies makes the difference in this comp I reckon.

Gall captain tonight to try and get on the podium. Should be in the break going for KoM.
I definitely considered this too, but figured in my position I'm better off just sticking with Vingegaard as C. Boring, but no point risking things with someone who may not make the break when you are leading (although I did make these riskier picks multiple times unsuccessfully in earlier stages). I do expect a break rider will win tonight.

I just looked at the overall rankings and had no idea I was top 100 overall (97th). No way I make it into the prizes (top 30), I am too far behind for that, but I think I should have a pretty good final stage with points from the overall jersey rankings. Hopefully I can hold onto a top 100 spot.

Not sure exactly how many people play this, but I know I was ranked 53K+ in one stage, so there's quite a few.

Be a great effort to nail a top 100 finish in this. You would assume there’s quite a few that play it given that it’s the official site for the TDF and possibly one of the very few fantasy TDF options.

I know when I played Velogames, I had a really good (lucky) season where I was in the top 50 for a good chunk. However, there were no trades in this particular edition which would make it frustrating for anyone who started terribly.
