send some of them to St Kilda for Jack Steven I am guessing
Pick 37 should get the deal done for Jack Steven according to the AFL article on it. Still banking two first round picks and a second round pick. Not bad to build your future list around!

Essendon must really think there’s a player that will be available at 33 that won’t be by pick 37 to do that deal!

I guess the bar has now been raised and a new precedent set for any gun All-Australian Midfielder wishing to move clubs in the future... Will take a minimum of 2 First Round & 2 Second Round Picks to get a deal done. All clubs will now use this deal as a starting point.

Imagine if Grundy actually wants to leave next year...

I guess it also depends how "picky" the gun midfielder is on his destination...

Bulldogs
Dougal Howard to Saints care of AFL trade radio. How are they going to fit them in
If Geelong trade pick 37 for Jack Steven they could then ontrade that to Dougal Howard.

I have no idea but Bulldogs could trade pick 32 and 48 for Josh Bruce.

Saints trade pick 32 and something else for Zak Jones.

Pick 48 for Ryder/Gray?

Sounds like a few pick swaps in play, Adelaide now looking at offloading pick 4 to GWS for 12 and 18. and future 1st. lol

Don't do it Adelaide.... GWS just want to get in before a bid on Tom Green who is predicted to go around pick 5, This prop[osed trade would let them jump in before Green... And then take Green with pick 40 and whatever other picks after that are needed to get the points required.

Don't help them out, lol

Think will be seen like the peak in a bull market, frothy at the top.

Eagles missed out on Kelly last year, the allure of being in a "window", Freo saying they will go hard.

Good thing it is hit and miss around those levels. If Kelly was 22 it may have been worth that many picks.

We've no doubt payed overs, But gotta go for it I guess while we are firmly in the premiership window. Throw everything at it.

Win a flag in the next couple of years and despite paying overs it will be well worth it.
