.........Also i seem to recall someone posted something about how Fagan said Sharp will get a decent run?

Also heard Drury is moving to the backline this week? Especially via some north fans ik

Can anyone validate any of this please
Just to clarify, Fagan didn't say that Sharp will get a decent run,
Fagan said Sharp needs a decent run.

I know based on below I need to trade Parish and Hopper, but with only $3.000 in bank not many options

Current team:

Daicos, Ziebell, Sheezel, Day, Lloyd, SMitchell (Wlimont, Chesser)
Bontempelli, Petracca, Oliver, Parish, Steele, Hopper, Ashcroft, Atkins (Cincotta, Roberts, Constable)
Darcy, Marshall (Madden)
Taranto, Gulden, Dunkley, Rozee, Coniglio, Rategulea (JVR, Simpson)

Thinking Parish to Rowell and Hopper to Jelly/Walsh can not get there by getting Humphrey so it will be Sharp in, any suggestions as to who the best other out is? JVR B/E 26, Rategulea B/E 29, Roberts, Cincotta, Constable, Chesser does not net enough cash. Wilmont is reasonably reliable cover especially if Cincotta is out.

Thoughts as to the other out?

Chandler to Sharp
Hopper to Walsh
And I'm very tempted to go McVee to Weddle, I wanted him last week but couldn't squeeze him in to afford my double upgrade

I'd downgrade Wilmot to Sharp, you could switch Cincotta/Constable to the backline

I think I'm going to boost Chandler to Chesser (ugh) and put off making a decision about whether to go MPM until tomorrow

First draft: Hopper, LDU, Chandler -> Oliver, Warner, Humphrey with $900 spare.

Can go better premo and worse rookie obviously but I have Humphrey at about -67 with clear scoring power, a 117 in his cycle for two weeks and the golden bye...

Hopefully Johnson comes back into the Freo side and maybe I'll actually be able to hold off trading for a while after that. Maybe.
Haven't really moved off this all week, although losing Johnson and Cincotta is extremely annoying.

Only realistic alternative I can come up with for Warner is De Goey (limited to 510.5k) now that DC isn't an option. Unfortunately can't get Walsh and Merrett either or I'd probably do that!

OUT: Hopper, Chandler
IN: ???, ????

Not in a rush to grab Humphrey who scored -3 in more than half a game two weeks ago. I can see the appeal though. Assume I'll just grab Sharp (poor JS but meh) for Chandler then whoever I want for Hopper.

Cold feet on Merrett with role not being ideal tonight. Preference was to grab Laird after his bye, likely will stick to that. Same logic for Neale/Serong, prefer whoever is a standout comes in after their bye.

Becomes a Libba vs Walsh battle, and I'd probably lean Walsh despite Libba averaging 4 or so more points.

Sounds like a decision for later in the week :ROFLMAO:
OUT: Hopper, Chandler
IN: Sharp, Walsh

May add a 3rd trade/boost of Cincotta > Chesser if I feel like it. Was pretty much no chance of an upgrade next week, but if I do this trade, coupled with another downgrade next week (Fleeton?) - I'll have the option at another upgrade I think, possibly Merrett.

Not sure what I want from Merrett (probably just a low score and I avoid him) - if he scores too well, I'll be annoyed, if he doesn't score well enough, I'm not sure I should trade him in or not next round.

That 17 from Drury terrifies me.
You have to bring him in with zero expectations, he did look like a fish out of water but so did Humphrey in his first couple of games.
At this stage I'm sitting with Chandler > Drury for max cash release that is all. Fortunately Whillips is playing this round but we'll see how that turns out though now Ratten has the reins.
