Maric doesn't appear afl standard at this stage based on the wafl report. Chesser should be back.

Harry Barnett
Ten disposals, 27 hit-outs, two goals

"Competed well in the ruck, which gave our midfielders a chance to win the ball at ground level and kicked two goals which was a great result.”
Jack Williams
Seven disposals, four marks
"Second game back and probably struggled, we didn't have much supply going forward but ended up taking four marks and having one shot on goal."
Tyrell Dewar
Six disposals, one goal
"Started the game really well. He was lively in the first quarter, kicked a really nice goal but again, like all forwards, didn't get much opportunity so he was a bit quiet in last three quarters.”
Ryan Maric
Five disposals, one goal
“In his first game, he was really impressive. Took a strong mark, kicked a nice goal but then probably after quarter time with the week he had lost a bit of energy. He was really impressive in some of the things he did so he showed a lot of upside.”
Zane Trew
14 disposals, three tackles
"Probably our most consistent player this year but got tagged, which was probably the first time that has happened in his career, so he'll be better off for the experience."
Campbell Chesser
19 disposals, four tackles
"Played through the midfield the whole day, and again showed glimpses of his great speed and ability to break the lines. Probably faded a little bit as the game went on but again with what we saw, I think is all is well for the future."

Dressing room split as Carlton pressure heats up (msn.com)

Dressing room split as Carlton pressure heats up
Story by Chris De Silva • 4h ago

Carlton has been engulfed by reports of player in-fighting following yet another loss as the pressure ramps up on embattled senior coach Michael Voss.
Despite coming into the season as a hot finals pick, Voss' side has won just four of its first 12 games and currently sits 14th on the ladder.
According to columnist Sam McClure, Voss is "coaching for his career at Carlton" for the remainder of the season despite having a contract for next season.

While Voss has been blamed for Carlton's shortcomings, McClure also claimed that Blues players have not seen eye to eye with each other amid the club's struggles.
"There is a lot going on behind the scenes," he told Nine's Footy Classified.

"There are players that are starting to wonder if they in fact have the right system. There are opposition clubs that I have spoken to over the weekend that believe Carlton do not have a discernible game plan.
"There are players at Carlton who don't want to be playing with one another. There are factions developing within the playing group as well.
"There is at least one situation that I know of inside the Carlton dressing room between a couple of players which has caused issues within the team."

McClure added that some of Carlton's senior decision-makers had become "restless at the lack of development".
Central to Carlton's on-field struggles has been the club's inability to score this season, with the Blues currently ranking 14th in points for, despite having the last two Coleman Medal winners in the forward line.

Port Adelaide great Kane Cornes claimed Voss had "neglected" the offensive side of the ball in order to sure up the Blues' defence.
"I think he's focused really heavily on one aspect of the game - and defensively they've been really strong - but he's neglected other areas," he told Footy Classified.
"They've lost that midfield power ... and they've lost any connection. They can't score, which is so flattening. For anyone who has played the game, as much as everyone talks defence and all of that, you want to score.
"I think they're slow, they're not giving effort, I don't think they're physical enough."
Cornes was backed up by Essendon great Matthew Lloyd, who said Voss needed to release the shackles, comparing the Blues' situation to Fremantle's slump earlier this season.

"I thought Fremantle looked horrible, we all thought they looked horrible about five or six weeks ago. They knew they couldn't keep playing the way they were playing," he told Footy Classified.

"I think Carlton are in that area where they're trying, but they look awful. They look slow, they look one-paced, they can't score.
"Michael Voss is even saying they're tight as a team. He's got to look at himself and say, 'Why are my players playing tight and playing the footy that I'm not actually asking them to play?'.
"I talk about Patrick Cripps, he looks as tight as anybody. He has those moments where he's the Brownlow medallist one minute and looks poor the next. I've never seen Sam Walsh get caught so many times, the way Harry McKay is kicking, Jacob Weitering's season has been baffling.
"Why are so many in the same boat? That's got to come back on Michael."
