Marshall scaling annoying but probably still taking it. Like the English matchup but he hasn't been shooting the lights out every week the way he did at the start of the year, could go either way.

Plus it lets me give the captaincy to some underutilised options. Last week I gave it to Ashcroft for what will surely be the first of many in the coming years - this week it goes to surprise packet Knevitt. Go well young lad!

Sinclair 125 :D
Marshall 119 :)
Lloyd VC 74 :cry::mad:🕊️
Gulden 62 :cry::sick:

Bont, English and Rozee tommorrow night.

Sinclair great. Wasn’t looking good at HT with a measly 41 but scored a huge 84 points in the second half. Marshall good. Lloyd super disappointing trading him in and putting the VC on him. Thought he’d do well against a Saints team who leak big points to defenders but didn’t even play in defence most of the game. 46 point last quarter when he played down back, amazing what happens when you play someone in the right spot, isn’t it Horse? Hopefully bounces back, particularly with Blakey out. Gulden terrible. Hopefully doesn’t count towards my score.

Have 19 premos (including Lloyd and Gulden, sigh) and 3 rookies this week. The rookies being Johnson, Ford/Sturt and Mitchell/Fahey. Can loop Mitchell into Fahey (pending selection) and Sturt into Ford.

You have to wonder what is going on with Steele.
I remember seeing a photo of him during pre-season in which he was (to me) unrecognizable.

He had a silly moustache, but also seemed to be a totally different build to last season, and possibly even a bit drawn. I took him out of my team straight away.

It seemed a bit disproportionate, but I just couldn’t get my head around that type of transformation being good for his fantasy potential (or perhaps even healthy), and thought it skewed the risk-reward against him.

Unfortunately I got sucked back in after a good score a couple of rounds ago.

Perhaps I should have continued to back my gut.

Took a sub out to provide the opportunity to do this though and got ridiculous scaling because of how bad the standard of footy in the first half was, owners walk off with a score thats alot better than it should have been but I'd still be massively concerned if I picked him, especially as according to Longmire post game Blakey passed his HIA and shouldnt have any reason to miss next week.

As an owner and watching sinclair closely, so you think he is a trade in target? Volatile few weeks for scoring.

Lloyd did well when down back although that goal must have helped. Big beneficiary of Blakey going off.

After Stewart,Sicily,Dawson,Daicos I dont think any of the options are world beaters, Sinclair has a pretty favourable run from this point and the price will continue to be reasonable, hard to see how he isnt my last defender, one of the Dogs guys probably better but most of us can't bave a Round 15 bye as a legitimate option.

I'm so cooked this season - just can't take a trick or read the game this year. Traded in Neale and Lloyd for Day and Ziebell, couldn't resist Lloyd's consistency at the SCG this season and another that's going to burn me. I need a break away from SC, it's depressing :confused:

I'm assuming Ryan Clarke will go straight to Sinclair tonight. Interesting match ups last year. Clarke held him to 79 in round 15 at the SCG and Sinclair managed 118 in round 23 at Marvel. According to FF Clarke was tagging him that night as well but not sure if that lasted for the whole game. Tossing up trade in options. Sinclair BE 78. Don't like having to make trade calls before the first game, particularly a Thursday night game.
Ugh :rolleyes: Over to you, Lachie Neale
