I sent them an email last week, and the only response I got was
"What browser are you running?"
So I replied with a very strongly worded email, telling them how bad their customer service was, and pointing out, that 99% of the people in Australia are using one of 3 browsers, so wouldn't it have been prudent to just supply the "fix" for those 3 browers? They could have then asked me to reply if it wasn't one of those 3 browsers to reply with which one it was.
Ridiculous! I am 100% sure they're getting 100's of emails about this, so what a shoddy approach to the problem.
I will let you know what they say if/when I get another response.
