If I have learnt anything playing this game take the score in hand…whilst those three may very well score more this week, there is also the risk of an injury and them missing A similar score…
I have English and Butters VC, I'll take English, although you could also very easily take Green. Not sure if Adams coming back into the Swans lineup affects Heeney's score or not?
I’ll be very interested to see what JHF’s mid/fwd percentages look like after tonight. Looks as though he will be a top 10 forward this season if he gets dpp but probably won’t cut it if he remains a mid only.
His BE will be very low after tonight so we really need to get on board next round but it’s so tough without knowing whether he will get dpp.
I guess at worst if we jump on and he doesn’t get dpp then it should be a decent cash grab.
Poor finish from Gawn but if you told me he’d score 129 before the bounce I’d take it. Will bank the points. Billings had an almost night. 2 behinds from easy shots 20-30m out. Hit the post from a tough set shot in the pocket 35m out. Got burnt countless times in the first half for cheap chip kicks on the wing when he was wide open with the kicker opting to bomb it down the line instead. Had an opportunity to go large if everything clicked. Those missed goals were costly. Definitely gone next week.
Sheezel is ridiculously good for how poor his team is. A 120 average is well on the cards. Houston with yet another low ton. 4 scores between 105 and 114 now. Consistency is not something Houston usually specialises in! Took 5 kick ins tonight by my count (from a possible 6) so that was a good sign. Historically doesn’t tend to have too many kick ins. Only took 3 in the first 3 rounds. Powell had a very strange game with 14 touches and 15 tackles. Just looked like he didn’t care for most of the game, don’t think I saw him genuinely sprint in the first half. Played a good negating role on Neale in the second half and seemed more passionate and got involved in the offensive side too. Still think he’ll go around that 95 mark. Tough game for McKercher. Usually plays very wide on his flank and the boundaries were extremely tight. Played much more midfield today.
McKercher and Powell disappointing today along with Howes last night but tracking along okay largely as a result of Rozee tonight, he looked sensational.
