The WA v SA state game was a curtain raiser for the West Coast v Melbourne game, so I went early to watch it. Was really impressed with Blight. Had 17 disposals with 13 marks. Reckon he would have had 7-8 intercept marks. Anything that went in the air was his. I thought he was best on ground for WA (who lost by 63 points), but he didn't end up winning the Simpson medal for the best WA player.
