Sooo, been on the road all day, just logged in to see that I missed Simpkin being a late out, similar to last weekend when I was on the road and missed the heads up with the tag on Daicos. Hard to play this game and have a life too, nonetheless....
All out for 2138 off the bare 18, to say that I'm as happy as a pig in poo would be an understatement!

1923 all done with Zorko VC…
interesting it’s the exact same score as last week…
8 players with tonnes including Houston, Bont, Heeney and Zorko going large with 140+..
Also had 6 premiums go 80 or below in Green, Fisher, Butters, Ryan, Neale and Fyfe.
Will drop a few rungs this week, have 21 playing next week including 18 premiums ( some posing as premiums anyway)… so hopefully can claw back next week above 2100.

Yuck.
This was always going to be my worst round with just the bare 18 and a lot of premiums on the bye but after a truly horrendous Sunday I’ve finished on an awful score. Green, Fisher, Sullivan, Kreuger and Powell all horrible. Sheezel and Daicos can hold their heads high.
Powell can get the hell out of my team next round after his dismal performance today. No chance he can hold down F6.

What illness? Bont is the best player in the league, that goal he kicked on 3 defenders was insane. Grundy huge once again. Favourable opponent and showed he can score away from the SCG. Heeney brilliant. Quiet to start but was huge in their comeback. Dale started the second quarter on fire and never looked back. Jackson scoring a 115 as a forward is a handy bonus. Serong poor again which is a trend. Hopefully he can get back to his early season form.
All I was hoping for from Rankine was a 90-95. Very tough opponent, first game back. So I’m happy with the 96, but he left a lot out there being on 69 at HT. Ryan had a stinker. Bevo handled him very well. Just happy I didn’t captain him as I was considering it if Zorko as VC failed. Moore dreadful once again. 100% trading him this week. Freijah good, struggling in second halves lately. Dowling ok, hoping he can nail down a spot to provide some cover in the run home.

Houston exceptional today. Huge ceiling game to make up for some lower scores of late. Daicos finished off amazingly after copping a tag. Sheezel looks like he can score anywhere. Green bad once again. His possessions just have so, so little impact. Traded in Butters this week. Alternatives were Neale (70) and LDU (147). Considering myself unlucky given he copped a tag from Bedford of all people. Fisher played okay in the first half considering the game situation. Struggled in the last half, made a costly turnover which lost him 10 points and then missed the game winner. Could've gone 100+ if he kicked that. Sullivan was poor until the last quarter. Wanted him to score low as I don't need him as much as others, just want him to keep his spot post-bye.
