What a dangerous and exciting idea. Would be my third time on the Fisher train this season. But has some real upside. Just has to play for the last two games!

Thank you for the creative thinking.
Thanks, your positivity is a ray of light on my dire situation. Third time as well with Fisher.
Lets hope he goes ok and has been well tested.

The info on english and sheez has been lacking, yet sounded more questionable on sheezel.

If they are all back next week, at least I can try to loop Jackson and Fisher.

3 trades left.
Sheezel to McGovern, Sinclair or J Clark (in that order) and
Worner (Fremantle) Archie Roberts (Ess) purely for bench coverage.
Should I just make the first trade (leave 2 for next week should I make it) or both trades.

I've been caught up in the Xerri hype too, and trying to trade him in. Most of the time you don't go near a 685k player.
Yep same here. In any other circumstance this is likely a poor trade but given I've got spare cash and it'll be my second last trade may as well open up a C option

I can only get there with two but have some trades left, and have to trade English and Sheez anyway.

Thanks. Who would you pick out of those three or should I go for someone like Tom Stewart since the Cats play their last two games in Victoria.
First one and may be a luxury premium trade if they look like tag targets in the last 2 games.

Need to burn my final two trades to get into GF of my cash leagues by trading out Sheezel and English. Narrowed the decision to the final two options:

Option 1: Xerri / Clark

Option 2: Marshall / Sinclair

Opinions appreciated, thanks!

Both look good!
Do you think Xerri is going to score 150 against the Dogs?

I feel like of all the defenders 515k or less, Zac 'burn man' Fisher somehow seems the most appealing.

Someone talk me out of it!

I like both and I'd go the first option with Xerri the safest of the four for the (C).

I just brought in Sinclair myself, and he has scored well at Marvel, where he plays his last two games.

With that said, Xerri’s form is immense and English is out, so I would go for that option.

Worth noting that there has been some talk that Clark may be under a cloud (from memory he trained away from the main group?), but given the sequencing of games, you should be able to update trades in the event of a Clark late withdrawal, assuming you are watching for it.

I went Sheezel to Whitfield with my last trade but now have Campbell with 88 points as cover.

Opinions: I'm better off taking the 88 points and saving the trade for a potential donut next week given I'm playing with no ruck or forward cover after Curnow went out, right? On averages I'll probably get 30 points more from using my last trade, at most realistically 50.

90 from a defender is nothing to sneeze at. If you're open to other defender trade in options (who have later games of the round), you could wait and see how your team scores, collectively.

I agree re JMac’s suggestion.

Also I think Sheezel to Whitfield is likely to be an upgrade for next week (including over Campbell), so I think that should be part of the calculation as well.
