Bruno gets 10, he drops under $10m and has a BE of 13. Gotta be close to the bottom.
He's too good to stay rubbish for too long.

I hope he fails again so I don't have that dilemma, but gotta be thinking about it in case opportunities arise.

KDB could start covering Haaland, meanwhile Watkins gains full fitness and has a great set of fixtures.

He who picks the tide change will benefit. Get it wrong, and drown?
Bruno started slow last season as well

Wood with a BE of 5 can probably go, given he's got Pool next.
Nkunku and Hall to Barnes & Mosquera?
Might go
Nkunku, Hall and Wood out
Barnes, Semedo and Traore in

What do you think
Can just afford Semedo, who played his first game back from a 3 game suspension and escaped the carnage of the Wolves first 2 epl games, or go Mosquera and bank 1 mil

Yeh who needs Haaland?

I'll probably run with Salah, Diaz/Saka and Watkins for a while.

Hopefully Diaz to Saka is a profit in 3 rounds.
Diaz risk now is he's coming back from Columbia, and Nunez is suspended for 5 internationals, so is staying at Pool and will be fresh.

Saka overpriced as he was listed as a MID, so got extra pts for CS and goals. True value of last season's performance is $12m.
One to look at after the Spurs and City games for sure, but at current price, will likely still be overvalued.
Might have to look at Son if Diaz starts and you flip in GW6.

Not really. Had poor games but kept spiking to keep the price up. Had a poor run in the middle.
Stooped down real low. I think I got him for about $7.3m. Killed me by going down to $5.8.
Finished with a bang, hence why he's one to get when he drops low.

Semedo has always been a card magnet. Stupid YCs too. Could be challenged for Doherty for the position.

Mosquera looks nailed. Cheap. Has been a decent misc pts scorer. Just gives me good vibes, like Sugawara did.
No risk of losing cash either. Can't get it wrong, other than a trade. Bank the cash.

Really tempted to wildcard but ill hold off until round 6 or 7.

Thinking something like

Raya
Saliba, Konsa, Robertson
Saka, Mbeumo, Bowen, L.Diaz & Eze/Rogers
Haaland, Watkins, Wissa

Not entirely sure that plus a cheapish bench will fit under the cap but ill do the maths later.

With the ability to bank transfers, might make sense to wildcard now with the next few weeks as a focus and then save three/four transfers for week 6/7 ((assuming the wildcard works)?
Thanks for your input. Certainly tempted but some of the players im targeting i really dont want for the next 2 rounds and some of the players i have i really want for a couple more weeks. Id like Salah and TAA for a bit longer and Isak too. I dont really want Mbeumo or Bowen in the coming week (can get away with week 5 maybe) and Id like to grab Arsenal assets after round 5 too. Man City v Arsenal in round 5 is the big one id like to avoid using my wildcard before.

It is worth considering it now though. I do think i'll back my team in as i just dont feel the timing is quite right. Of course, i could wildcard and bank transfers but id rather just use my free transfer before round 5 and then wildcard before 6 with the hope of banking transfers after that. Just seems like a turning point in the fixture (round 6/7), i could be wrong about that or i could be overestimating the impact of the fixtures but i think im just happy enough with my team to let it ride another 2 rounds.

In terms of team value, i think it would probably make sense to wildcard now but if i have to drop 1 of my 15 players down because i lost a potential 0.5M (approx) so be it, id rather wait and pull the trigger on the wildcard when the matchups 'feel right'

I'm with you. GW6 looks better. There's players who are now just coming back into fitness, so preferred lineups will change.
UCL starts in between GW4/5 also, so that is something to consider. It will hopefully shed more light on rotation of players.

If you were going to WC, you need to start transfers ASAP, to make use of price changes. You've missed the boat this GW.
When GW6 ends, look at pending price changes, and make transfers accordingly.
Even if you're not interested in a player, you can still get him in, cos if they go up 2 pips, you get to bank 1 when you sell them later in the week.

The site I use to monitor pending price changes is https://www.fplstatistics.com/Home/IndexW.
It's not 100% accurate, but pretty close. WCs don't affect price changes, so what I do, is take hits for transfers, but then WC the day before deadline. That way, I can manipulate price fluctuations, but then all hits are retracted once I hit WC. Just don't forget to WC.

This could be my wildcard side if i was to pull the trigger now. 0.4M leftover. It just doesnt quite feel right yet so im going to wait.

Partey is injury prone, costs 0.5 more than an alternative option for an 8th attacker, and denies you a 3rd ARS player, ie, Gabriel or Havertz.
Just get a 4.5 sure starter from a team who isn't playing in Europe, so risk of rotation is low and they won't block you from a 3rd player from that team.

Diaz will likely become a rotation risk once UCL starts. Also, he travels from Columbia after internationals, and Nunez is currently free as he's suspended.

I'd look at Eze. No European commitments and not much travelling. Has dropped to 6.9 too.
If the referee wasn't incompetent, he'd also have another goal to his name. His PPG was excellent last season. Awesome value.
Just injury prone. But get him on a WC and worry about it when he gets injured.

I also think Havertz will be great value. One to look at. Maybe him for Wissa and hopefully someone at 5.0-5.5 comes up to accommodate him.
Last season we had Palmer, and Mahrez long ago, so it is rare, but always be on the look out.

Already have Eze, definitely considering him. Id definitely try to get Havertz too if i can find a way to fit him in as im fairly bullish on Watkins. I think i can go for Eze over L.Diaz and maybe downgrade a defender as well as Partey
