Was advised by Cricket Australia to not bowl after the flight the day before.

Unfortunately we found this out too late. Hopefully has a good second game to make up for it.

Pretty happy with my start at 2/439 if I loop my emergencies.

Have Curran (VC), Webster, Stoinis, Dorff on field with Connolly and Jhye emergencies. Now need some advice - is Konstas going to play? Have him, Buckingham and Doran as potential loops. What I can also do is trade one of T Rogers, Fabian Allen or Jack Edwards to Phillippe, move Seifort to field and use Doran to loop Connolly and Buckingham to loop Jhye.

Plus, realistically was 1 run away from a passable score. Hopefully they throw him up the order for the next game, if he can't bowl.

England's test match due to finish on 18/12 if it goes 5 days, but could just as easily be over today (although there's rain around).

Bethell expected to play on 19/12, but Stars game probably comes too early for Duckett. Is Pope (20/12) expected for Adelaide's next game?

For those looking at DTP on the Bat Line to get Connolly's (E) score

Ollie Pope should be here for the Strikers DGR 2 , if he is keeping should get DPP added in time for DGR 4

For those looking at DTP on the Bowl Line to get Richardson's (E) score

Hosein should be here for Round 2

Question on Johnson's time frame to return.

Apparently a answer on whether Doggett will be/won't be released for Tuesday's game will be made today , but then does he play 0,1,2 games of DGR 2 if they recall him back.

No idea if Inglis will be released for any/all of the Scorchers DGR 2.

Stars play first game of Round 2 so we will know if Webster is available to play or not.

Hopefully CA confirm the Squads for the 4th & 5th Tests ASAP

Salzmann isn't expected to play so he is most likely your donut in any case to get Connolly's score.

Otherwise check Squad Announcements to see which bowl eligible players haven't been named to use , their will be plenty.

Awesome info thanks, I need a Pope type, not sure I can justify him at that odd price. Probably just have to take Scott but not keen on a proper NPR
