Currently leading 9/10 leagues but expecting to drop off in a pretty big way with a lot of opponents having big investment in tomorrow's game.
Always planned to get rid of Turner and Connolly (had actually been trying to for a couple of rounds now) so to have them both go big now stings a bit.
Two of Sutherland, Bethell and Stoinis to come.

No wickets today from 3 bowlers bowling second against teams chasing over 200. Traded out Renshaw (59), Dwarshius (75). Season just can't end quickly enough.

Genuinely had about I reckon 20 seconds to field Johnson over Dorff (I missed the lockout). So missed out on 12 points, but not as bad as missing out on a Smudge or M. Short (shout-out to those who did VC/C one of them).
Got Sutho, Stoin, Bethell and Rogers tomorrow. Hoping for a decent game from all of them and can climb some standings.

Crazy how things pan out. Last night I was annoyed at myself for trading Warner over Green, a 76 point loss. The extra 20k I gained from trading Warner over Green allowed me to take the punt on Short and it paid off big time. Was originally going to use that third trade on Zampa up to Neser/Bartlett, but as I started slowly and my VC (Jordan failed) I wanted to try something out there. Then the Sixers v Scorchers game was almost worst case scenario and I felt I needed to try something to keep up with the top group. Johnson to Short was the move and with them batting first, I doubled down and slapped the C on. The only negative was he batted so well that he was too gassed to bowl!
Overton meh. Had a field 2, bench 1 scenario between Allen, Edwards, and Lynn. Chose to bench Lynn. Thankful he got out when he did as he was looking unstoppable.
