No Boekhurst but Clem Smith playing. Interesting.
Kamdyn McIntosh for Tigers named on wing and Lambert just an emergency.

Hmm, I reckon I'll keep Lambert. Will hopefully get games at some stage in the near future and can be my DPP link for MID/FWD
Leaning towards doing the same. Emergency first week shows he is close. Could be future signs of trouble with the vest when he does get in tho like Lennon last year.

Undecided whether to keep Lambert on mid bench. Might not be a bad option seeing as we have 3 bench spots now, and he is a handy DPP. Or is it best to get a rookie that is actually named?

Reckon I'll keep Lambert for his M/F DPP which could come in handy. Emergency means he's not too far off.

For my team it's:

OUT: Boekhorst, Lambert
IN: Smith

Had McIntosh in already.

I think I will be picking any cheap rookie that is named and not sub in the first few games. If we are too picky then I'm worried that we will run out of playing rookies by the time Hawks v Cats rolls around on Monday.

Interesting to see Yarran named HFF given his rebounding role in NAB..

Well Mcintosh is locked in. Smith isn't gonna score well, but might need to get him in if there's no one else. Could be a bit of chaos tomorrow night from the teams till the start of the game!

Shame about no Lambert.

Surely Smith will be sub. 17, 28 & 29 in NAB with ave 56% TOG

Surely its not worth picking him.

Yeah you'd think he would be but named on the ground is always a good sign. Can't remember if Carlton were one of the teams that rarely named their sub on the bench but i guess if not named sub, he's a risk worth taking.
