Grappling with exactly the same issue MCMA. I have been on Anderson for a while but am uncomfortable with him playing both on Monday (leaving few good back-up options in that game if he is named sub) and for an obviously strong side in Hawthorn.
I was trying last night to think of any good 2014 rookies that came from strong, established sides ... I don't think I came up with any except Langford (even Polec, as Port were middling in 2013). After digging a little further on Vandenberg, I see that his SC/TOG is actually higher than Anderson's in the NAB, and he is slightly lower priced. That, plus avoiding the green vest and playing for a much weaker side, is likely to see me pick him over Anderson.
