Vince might have been a good pick this year. He averages a ton and nullifies a premium (which hopefully you don't have). Kills 2 birds with one stone. Although Priddis found a way to score well, 11 tackles, but only 22 disposals.

Can you use one loophole player for the captains loophole and the E loophole.

EG using Rocky for both Captain loophole (Hannebery) and E loophole (Krak)
My mates opponent this week:
Hannebery VC
Rocky on ground C
Krak on bench with E

I spose you can?

So long as Krak is in mids, he should come on for Rocky and Hanners gets the (C) score.

Yeah you can use for the same player for the captain's loophole and the emergency loophole.

He elbowed Jack Steele in the face/throat, when going third man up, I reckon he'll get 1 game, thoughts?

Maric reported? What did he do and will he get weeks?
Did not see the incident, but have heard reports that he through his elbow back and collected his opponent high, with a swinging arm.

As for penalty, as I have no idea, but based on commentators comments it could be worth weeks.

1868 from 18 - Goldy C. Only Fyfe to come but I expect him to replace the 57 I have in my 18 ...

That score will still include 3 in the 60s and 1 in the 50s - rubbish from Birchall and Gov don't help at all.

He was probably thinking, what the hell are you doing, you're not a ruckman, get the hell out of here and swung at him.

Looks like it's time to finally say goodbye to Cripps. Expect I'll see him in my side in future years.

Was out last night so didn't get to see the Doggies game. Looking forward to watching the replay today. Caleb Daniel went well by all reports.

Here's the incident and i reckon he's in trouble. Took his eyes off the ball and seemed pretty deliberate in his actions.

The commentary on this was laughable. All of them trying to play it down. Talking about how he just blocked the 3rd man up which he is entitled to do and how the way he "blocked" Steele is the correct way to do it.

I think the vision speaks for itself and if he gets any less than 2 I would be really shocked

It will bring some more discussion around the extra man up which is a good thing. Contact was high (shoulders/neck) but Steele got straight back up. A fine or a week. If its a week I hope the Tigers don't just roll over and cop it, I hope they push the issue.

Does Cotchin have a case to answer? I didn't see it, just heard that something had happened.

Looks like he might be ok

CARLTON is confident Patrick Cripps has escaped serious injury and expects the emerging star to face arch-rivals Richmond after he limped from the field in Saturday night's loss to the Western Bulldogs.

Cripps was forced out of the hard-fought 11-point defeat – Carlton's 10th for the season - with a rolled ankle during the final term.

The 20-year-old – who is favourite to win this year's NAB AFL Rising Star award – will have precautionary scans on Sunday but should be available to face the Tigers, while forward Andrejs Everitt will also have his sore knee scanned.

That's good to hear, but you'd surely back Sidey/Lewis/Rocky(!!) to outscore him from here?
