Well done mate. I am 1823/19 (GAJ C). I have Rocky, Bailey and Doc to come. Late in the 4th set, looking like you should easily take out the deciding 5th.

Why did I forgo Rowe's 44 for Blicav's 27?? Really though, that doesn't matter that much when Hanley, Duffield, Pittard are 0's in the backline, while Gibbs and Goodes give me 60s. Masten spuds up with a 65, and Tex, oh Tex, does a knee and grants me a 37. Struth, I may have been lucky to get what I have!

Tell me, SC isn't normally like this is it?? Not sure if I can handle this kind of rubbish every week :(
You remind me of myself last season. First season I really got into it but was a nightmare like this so early in season.
I had Carrazzo go down last season and Scotland and Goodes then Fyfe all early on. I knew I had no hope so early in season. You really need a bit of luck to get right into I feel and then it comes down to how good you trade after that.

Yeah, it sucks when you know you have made mistakes (probably could have saved two trades if I had some more experience), but then I have also had out through injury - Dunn (hammy - traded), Watts (broken heart - traded), Rich (shoulderblade - traded), Duffman (late out with dicky leg), Hanley (suspension and injury), Tex (knee during game), Brown (round 1, ankle), Gibbs (subbed - soft tissue somewhere I have heard). I understand everyone gets this kind of stuff - just sucks this early and is hard to manage when it is all at once. I thought I was looking ok this round for head to heads and Aust Open - that was prior to the Carlton v Crows game though - downhill from there.

Oh well, always next week.

PS. Any reset button I don't know about so I can start again?

Gee it annoys me how the umpires always look after Geelong. They get given free kicks for the softest things I have ever seen and when there is clear cut infringements against them they never pay them.
Agree entirely. The cats are the umpires pets.

1677 with Franklin, Rockliff, Leuenberger, Grimes, Sylvia and Terlich to go.

Trading out Stevenson and keeping Pittard is in itself annoying. Stevenson scoring 87 after 3/4 scores <70 is infuriating.

Using the captain loophole has now had a -11pt effect for my side. Gained 13pts earlier this season but lost 24pts today. I feel like going Rockliff or Buddy just for the hell of it given my team is screwed anyway.

Was worse in my DT side where I lost 97pts for taking Stanton's score of 114 instead of Johnson's 141 and having a zero instead of Heath's score due to Hanley (C) and Pittard's late out.

After being in the 1900's last week, this week has gone alright scoring wise. Biggest mistake was trading Stevenson instead of Pittard!!

I'm Ablett deficient, so Rockliff (C) is my biggest worry. Also Mayes, Mullett, Goldstein and Leuenberger to come (633+ if I'm lucky)..

I seriously need Buddy to kill it today.

I'm hoping that once I finish work, I'll see Buddy on 120+ at 3-Quarter Time. Is that too much to ask for? :p

Yeah, Caddy's "Concussion" related to Goodes, but I think it'll be thrown out by MRP. No major injury to Caddy means that the Report will be ignored.

Cheers Damoz. I noticed you've been talking about maybe trading Danger. Was he playing on the ball or forward last night? I've got him too and he's really starting to annoy me!

I don't have Foxtel, so I couldn't watch the Carlton v Adelaide Match.

What's annoying me about Danger is his inconsistency in Scoring. 80 one week, then a 120 the next then back to 70. Just annoying! But yeah, if I can find a good replacement without spending a whole lot of extra cash on a New Player, then I will consider a Trade. I'm not gonna spend more than $540/550K on a New Player though...

After a BREAKOUT Season from Dangerfield and slightly placing JPK into this argument, they haven't maintained their Average and Consistency from last Year.

It raises the question: Is Beams gonna be the 3rd to be added to the list, or will he maintain it? To be honest, I think he'll slightly drop to 105-110 in Average. Thoughts?

That 120 included 3-4 goals as well which is the worrying sign. I'd hate to have to depend on him kicking a bag to score well.

Yup. I see him as a pure Midfielder in the Adelaide Team, so I don't think we'll be seeing Goals from him too often.

Beams is my fav non richmond player. Will be jumping on after 2 games. Hes what collingwood are missing. Dangerfield problem is crows are not that good this year so his not getting his blocks and the easy run at it. I will be holding him just because he should come good and get a 105 to 110 ave.

He'll be on game day soon so hopefully they bring it up. Also they'll be discussing Gibbs' mystery injury.

It's definitely what Collingwood is missing. But in terms of SuperCoach, we want value for money. His first two games back are gonna be crucial in deciding this. He was the 4th most Expensive Player, so there is a lot riding on him. I might wait about 3-4 Rounds where his Price will hopefully drop, and then I'll be able to pick him up.

Agreed with Adelaide. They are just out of form. I'm guessing they didn't train hard enough or well enough in Pre-Season. If they want to make Finals again this Year, they are gonna need to do a hell of a lot of work to improve.

You can watch full match replays for free if you're interested. I watched St.Kilda v Sydney on it the other day. They only come up 12 hours after the game ends but better than nothing.

Either:
http://bigpondvideo.com/
and click on the AFL section and go across to find the game.

or go to the Footy TV channel and look at the program guide.
http://www.sportsfan.com.au/Home/EPGChannelGuide/tabid/607/ChannelID/4/Default.aspx
You'll have to select Footy TV as the channel.

I guess their gameplan has been worked out by teams and add to that, they are not scoring enough to put pressure on their opposition. Dangerfield needs more support, mids who can step up otherwise, it becomes "stop Dangerfield, stop Adelaide"
