Relevant question re Titch's VC score. Was looking to lock in despite Gawn, Fyfe, Oliver yet to play.

Question - I decide to lock in Mitchell's 127 as VC under the loop hole but WCE have played, so Olango can't be captain any longer.
If i have Guelfi as emergency (0) but now decide to put Buddy Franklin on the field and make him captain.
Swap Franklin with say Fritch to my bench, who I now also make emergency,
Will Supercoach ignore the Guelfi emergency score which was first selected, and recognise Fritch's score as a second forward emergency and then lock in Mitchell's 127 as captain?

Otherwise I have to risk Murphy of Adelaide as captain and hope he doesn't come in as a late replacement

Yep that’ll work. Lowest “playing” emergency score counts.

He should still continue to score well, probably not in the ruck. He should average 100 for the rest of the year, which is what you want from a forward.

My lesson learnt is, timing is everything. Getting your premiums in before they peak, R Gray & Macrae. Also getting rid of spuds before their value diminishes further, ie Daniher, Billings.

He should still continue to score well, probably not in the ruck. He should average 100 for the rest of the year, which is what you want from a forward.

Yeah, he's doing a bit better this season with 4 tons. Time will tell. The fact that the Power have a stronger and consistent line up this year, places less burden on the Hoff being mr fix it, hence better delivery into the forward line.
