To take Dusty’s 139 or roll the dice with Maxy? Says something about how good Maxy has been this season doesn’t it!

I know you’re playing for big stakes but I think you just gotta take it and know/hope Gawn can’t punish you too much.

Easy decision in my view - take the 139. You probably stand to gain more by locking in Dusty and Maxy having a poor one than you lose by missing out on A Bearded Beast Mode.

COULD PIES, BOMBERS MAKE LATE CHANGES?
JAMES MOTTERSHEAD reports from the VFL.

WITH eyes fixed on returning Collingwood quartet Jamie Elliott, Alex Fasolo, James Aish and Jarryd Blair in the VFL, the Pies have opted to hold Josh Daicos over for this afternoon’s AFL clash against North Melbourne.
Other emergencies Callum Brown, Sam McLarty and Ben Crocker will all take their place against Essendon at Windy Hill this morning.
Essendon plays Fremantle this afternoon and Jake Long has been kept in reserve for the clash at Etihad Stadium.

For those that missed it. Absolute cracking goal that.

I've been looking for vision if a Bernie Evans goal in the second semi final 1986 v Hawthorn.

On the way home from work last night the boys on SEN were comparing this goal to the Evans goal.

I would have been there but can't picture it in my mind.

Evans kicked 5 that day
