Man CD are so harsh. Cameron took an important sliding mark at half back, but because he kicked it 1m backwards (which was the smartest kick he could've done at the time) he only gets 3 points for it in a close game.

They'd hit the limit on points around that time. They had to dock points from 'lesser' acts so they could better reward the flurry of goals that were being scored to win the game.

Williams now averaging 101.9 which is 5th for all defenders.

Hately owners should be a little worried.
Lowest TOG% for GWS tonight (66%) doesn't auger well for the future.

Looked to be cramping up and stretching calf muscles late in game, prior to a clanger then a free kick.

Surprising cramping given 76mins after 84 and 109 minute first two games.

Up to that point no clangers and 90% DE.

Zerrett and Clarke both disappointing. Biggest win for the night was reverse trading Hately out 10 minutes before lockout. Not a bad rookie score however I would have been wanting quite a bit more if I traded him in. TOG low and JS looks shaky.

Easy scapegoat since they've lost. As someone pointed out earlier, he made a couple of costly mistakes which will make the decision to drop him even easier.

Sorry had Zilliams as well so starting him has been one of the few good decisions I’ve made this year.

Too bad he won’t even be playing next week.

Will be scapegoating for those 2 costly clangers at the end of the game which both resulted in Essendon shots on goal generating 1.1
