Bit of a morale dilemma going on between Menegola and Yeo. My two trades are looking like:

Budarick & Rowell OUT
Aarts & Menegola IN

Ranked 142 overall, very excited about how I’ve gone so far and I’ve never really gone with the pack and like having some PODs. Yeo is perhaps the safer pick however I’ve got this big urge to pick Menegola after watching him play on the weekend/ hunch I have! Leaves me 140 odd thousand in the kitty. Another downgrade next week and I can look towards upgrading Pittonet/ Starcevich/ Smith.

Did you end up getting Menegola ?

Made Neale VC, was looking ominous early. Will have to debate him or Grundy. Starcevich really sours my night. Got 20 points in the first 10 minutes and then didn’t get near it!

So McKenna replaces Redman role. Hooker goes forward, Ridley to CHB, who else comes into defence.

The ins and outs don't make sense for Essendon. If Francis not fit, why name as an emg? anyone make sense of this.

Hooker will play def I think. Stringer was playing a fair bit in the CBs so Merrett just goes in there to replace him.

Disappointing that both of the aforementioned have had to leave because of injury but ecstatic that Yeo and Whitfield are their replacements costing less than $100,000 combined. Hopefully they do not fare like recent acquisitions such as Sicily, Rozee, etc.

Noble to Aarts/Rankine via Brander next week and roughly $300,000 to either upgrade Brander to Hurn/Andrews/etc or M King/S Sturt/C Budarick/J McInerney to D Martin.

Oh no the Connoisseur curse! Might have to rethink my Yeo plans.
