Okay, I'm going to ask the question.

English 203
17 H outs, but only 6 HTA's = 30
1 goal 1 behind = 9
3 Frees for, 1 Free against = 8
7 Marks, lets give him an average of 5pts =35
4 Tackles = 16

That adds up to 98.

His 22 disposals at 77% = 105

Now I see it broken down it's not too over the top.
I've seen Maxy have similar numbers with 12 HTA's, and only score 150-160, which with all things being equal (which they never are) should be 30 points higher than English's score.

Had double (17) CP the top two bombers combined: McGrath (8) and Parish (8). Macrae (11) and Liba (10) the next best dogs.
Equal highest (6) clearances with Parish (6).
Had 7 marks, only 3 took more - Hurley, Ridley, and Suckling with 8 each.
Equal 4th in tackles. Liba (6), Smith (6), Hunter (5), Crozier, Zaharakis, Merrett, English (4)

Imagine if he ever gets 40+ hitouts in a game like that

Very happy with my Sturt to Simpson trade (largely thanks to his performance in the 2nd half) and the return of Noble. Will bank both scores and means I can avoid playing Starcevich but now have to decide which 2 of M King, C Taylor, M Pickett, H Bennell and C Serong to field.

Couldn’t watch first quarter due to other commitments; Ridley 47.

Could watch final 3 quarters; Ridley 45.

Decent enough but pretty typical of my SC experience.

Tbh I'm pleasantly surprised he even got to 90+ in a team that got completely dominated after quarter time. Essendon will be way more competitive in other games so I still think he'll have a good season scoring wise unless his role completely changes. But don't think Worsfold would do that.
