At this stage

T Brown - > rookie
J Brander - > likely to be Hurn
Heeney - > mid premium or a ruckman if my new R2 plan completely fails

before trades my Best 22 consists of :

2 rookies in defence
2 rookies in midfield (1 is Bennell)
1.5 rookie in forward (Rankine + TJL)

will worry about Round 10 when it starts
I would almost concede Hurn for one week with his bye the week after unless u have decent 18 to field.

not really worried about his bye to be honest , if he scores well enough against Collingwood he is in

chasing Duncan & Stewart in Round 10 depending on how they perform

expecting the club's without Byes to rest anywhere between 8-12 players during the football bonanza so might still be a issue fielding 18

Got 500k to work with.

Williamson > Ridley
Fort > Lloyd
McInerney > Bell? Close? Honestly anyone sub 150k with a green light next to their name.
I’m looking at Draper
Will get games
Easy to swap a Comben/cameron to the forward line
Not convinced by any other cheapies atm
Waiting for Finn at the hawks to get a crack too

Have $250k in bank.

I’m looking at doing:
Budarick/Brander to Close/Oliver

After that could do McAsey to Ling if Ling looks okay. Could fix Cavarra to Brooksby if Cavarra isn’t named once again.

Or maybe a premo sideswap of Fyfe to Zerrett.... but thanks to team selections, won’t know for sure whether Fyfe is playing for sure or not before pulling this move!

Could also just save that 3rd trade.
Thinking now to adjust plans and grab Lloyd!

Had other things to sort this week so Bailey Smith for Taylor seems pretty obvious.

After that... Georgiades? Has Dusty turned a corner with two 100s (cheap)? Or is it better to lock in some higher scoring players like Lloyd or Oliver?

If Stewart/Close perform ok, may go a week early on Stewart.

Taylor > Close
Williamson > Stewart

pushed S Hill to D7 and hopefully Noble continues to get games at D6.

Most other rookies have been flat so far, Ling 47 is hardly inspiring. Moore (late in) and Porter not the best. Brooksby TOG suggests he goes when Ceglar is back.

If Ling selected, may look at him as 3rd trade subject to other new rookies selected, depending if Duncan is realistic to get in. Pity about the Shuey bye, whilst positive it gives more time to get him, he looks easier to reach than Duncan. Expect Simpkin also going to look good value come round 11.
