So what does the rules stat the end of the quarter or game is from the siren or the umpires whistle , as I thought the siren is there to indicate to umpire that the whistle needs to be blown cause of the end of that quarter or game , cause in that spit second if Roby Gray had kicked that goal it would have been between the siren and whistle .
