Ouch!!! That washout puts a fair bit of a damper on round 1 tbh. :(
I'm already thinking of ditching the whole thing. Did it with Ashes one in England when a few late outs I could not find out ruined my enjoyment of game.
This is possibly worse. About to check how many donuts I got now. To top things off, Lynn whom I feared trading out him for Warner on weekend would bite me on the arse looks to have come true. Wasted trade now to get him back in :(

679 including the Bollinger donut. Not sure where that will put me overall.

Wouldn't hate if Hales' score doesn't count as I have Maddison 81 on the bench.

I had M.Marsh captain but his score hasn't changed (from 0) on my team, and my vice captain (Rohrer -20) is on -40. Would be hoping that changes after lockout.

I logged into site and I can't even understand how they are counting the game washed out, Are scores counted for those that had a bat before game got called off ? and if so makes no sense to me how they then consider batters that did not bat have played a game and scored zero. Just madness!

I'm pretty sure it is very poorly run. It's a really good game and structured well, but they don't put in extra effort for things such as washouts etc I think. I remember a couple of years ago, they didn't update the league final winners and just left it or something like that, can't fully remember but someone that played it a couple of years ago should remember, was hopeless.

I tweeted to the official Brisbane twitter account and said you may want to list your final 11 team a minute before the game starts (cannot believe something such as simple as listing their own teams is not done). In the AFL, it appears as soon as available.

Spend so much on tv rights, player salary etc but can't get the basics of listing the teams, which you would think is quite important for fantasy BBL.

Got 691 including a 0 from Bollinger, ended up sticking to Finch as skipper and traded in a non-playing all-rounder to get 108 from Henriques.
Bird in for Bollinger next week and also either Wright or Marsh as all-rounders.

Agreed the washout game in round one isn't helpful in this sort of game.

It's open! Marsh's points were added so it's all good now. Ranked 6105 with 500 points, content with that knowing it wasn't the best of rounds for me.

Are trades reversible?
I wanna say yes but dont want to be the one who finds out it's no...lol

You can now trade and substitute players right through each Round, up until the time of the start of their team's actual match. Players are locked into your team only at the time that their real match has started.

There are 9 Trading Periods when you can change captain, substitute and trade players. You'll be able to make up to 2 trades in each of the first 7 Trade Periods (max. 14 trades). Changes can be made through the Round, up until each of your players' actual match star time. You'll be able to make unlimited trades in the 8th Trade Period (semi finals) and 9th Trade Period (finals);

The Trade Periods are scheduled as follows:
Trade Period 1 - from Monday, December 23
Trade Period 2 - from Monday, December 30
Trade Period 3 - from Thursday, January 2
Trade Period 4 - from Monday, January 6
Trade Period 5 - from Saturday, January 11
Trade Period 6 - from Thursday, January 16
Trade Period 7 - from Wednesday, January 22
SEMI FINALS:
Trade Period 8 - from Tuesday, January 28 (unlimited trades)
FINAL:
Trade Period 9 - from Thursday, February 6 (unlimited trades)

Geez, it's given me 5 donuts becuase of Hobart game washed out.

SCORING PLAYERS POS SCORE

3. Ferguson BAT 0
4. Hughes BAT 0
7. Paine WKP 0
10. Laughlin BWL 0
11. Mennie BWL 0

+ NON-SCORING PLAYERS
1. Cosgrove BAT 38
2. Keath ALR 0
3. Kieswetter WKP 19
4. Haberfield BWL 0

That makes no sense to me to give me 5 donuts.

If it at least had of included Kieswetter small score for Paine and Cosgrove for one of Ferguson and Hughes not even getting to bat because game washed out I may have accepted it but with these stupid rules I think I have to remove my team as I don't see how I can enjoy a game when it is ruined so quickly by these circumstances. With this happening in round one and ruin all the value investment I put into Paine, Ferguson and Hughes in particular I think it is better I delete my team now rather than be frustrated all season knowing I've been dead man walking after Hobart wash out killed it as a fun game for me.

So has anyone tried trading to see if it's reversible? Lol I don't want to try just in case either...
