What type of VC score would neale have to get for someone to keep rowell one extra week just for captain loopholing purposes?
If Rowell is your only loopholing agent, then any score that you are happy to lock in as Captain from Neale. I'd suggest anything 120+ probably gets the job done.

Grundy vc and Cripps. Grundy had a few almost moments snd could have gone huge. If I have a donut I'll take his score but otherwise gawn c. Hopefully I have no carnage and can trade cripps before round three. No major damage done, he just looks shot. Reminder to me next week. Must trade Cripps.

I have Cripps and think I will hold. He was a few dropped marks away from scrapping 100 and will no doubt go on a run of big scores at some stage

By around the ground I mean on the spread and outside of the stoppages. He was good in the stoppages though his ruckwork was still poor (especially given competition) but his followup efforts a lot better today. Still Grundy at his best racks up marks on the lead around the ground and that, to me, was clearly lacking tonight (and last week).

Pittonet is one of the worst rucks in the league and he's managed to basically g
et a point per hitout, means a lot were sharked or ineffective basically, heck given the clearances and CP he might have actually produced less than a point per hitout.

I'll take the points for sure but I have some doubts still. This game was 8 stoppages more than the 2nd highest game last week with the only one higher the slop game.

This was the game you wanted score wise, makes any panic easy to quell but this felt like a high end game to me on the way he's playing/impacting the game right now.
Agree, some good sign and still poor signs from Grundy. Tried harder not just at stoppages but also chasing players, however, looks slower than prior years, more lumbering and any pressure he drops the mark. Think Grundy will give us inconsistent scores this year, hopefully averages 110. Will be better than 2H 2020 and unless fitness the issues, will not easily get back to 1H2020. Slowed 2H with possessions, 10:6 split, maybe fitness is an issue. does constantly jog around the field. TOG 89% a good sign from how they are playing him.

Was genuinely in the mix for round one to be fair. Would've worked his way into the side before too long injuries aside I suspect.

Somewhat a shame he is debuting as early from a SC perspective, however as close follower of the draftees through the underage stuff I'm looking forward to seeing him get his chance, and also keen as an owner of him in one of my keeper leagues.

As @Shannon said, the kid can play.
Chapman can seriously play, impressive kid - shame he is debuting so early as would of been a great downgrade target.
Think he will be in our sides come round 4. Will be interesting to see if he hurts Young or helps him.

Wouldnt be surprise if we look back and he is the pick of rookies who to sideways swap to.

May be wrong, talent and scoring potential looks pretty good. Opportunity for POD if everyone chases Jordan and Berry and he delivers.

Always looking for the grainfed, grows faster and fatter than grass. He may just be one.

Got a feeling Cripps will burn a lot of ppl that trade him out..
I took Cripps out as I didn't like the kick to handball ratio. He's definitely taking a bullet for the team, by bringing others into it. He will score well at times, we haven't seen what he can score in a win yet, that might be the barometer.
