While it’s fresh in everyone’s mind, how did Sidebottom look? Is he back? Looked slow and completely out of touch when I saw him the other week but solid numbers and score today.

I'm tempted - looked good today. Not sure if I can shake how bad he's looked in the previous weeks..

Looked far better today, played a great midfield role - looked like his old self to me.

Thoughts on FMacrae? Looks decent when he's around the ball which is just not that often.

I think it's a yes at this stage, partially due to the lack of options.

Ultimately he's getting plenty of game time, just under 80%. If we do switch things around and kick Josh Thomas out of the centre bounces, can easily see him averaging 60-70 over a 5 week period which is sufficient.

Thats all well and good, but don't make both completely black. That is just plain dumb. Seeing close ups of the players on tv is totally different to the 80,000 (usually 100,000) there. 2 ppl posted from the game here that its hard to tell. Seems silly for Collingwood to sook and moan over Port Adelaide using the bars because of tradition but can modify their jumper to virtually all black.

I am sure the AFL approved both the jumpers for today's game.

Not sure what Port Adelaide has to do with the jumpers at today's game , but maybe they should not have signed the agreement then with the AFL when they joined and fought a lot harder to wear black and white from the start.

Haha, last week, my Carlton barracking Mate reckons if COL and CAR combined their best players, they will still struggle to beat NTH.

Thoughts on FMacrae? Looks decent when he's around the ball which is just not that often.

That’s it in a nutshell- he looks good when he has it but needs to get it more .. wish he would kick it more, seems to always want to handball which is good in terms of bringing teammates into the game but not good for SC lol.

Can't really lay the blame at Kelly , Macrae , McCreery , Murphy , Rantall or Roscoe.

Brown & Daicos developing.

I think their is another 6-10 not up to AFL standard , not sure how you replace them quickly though.

Adams , de Goey , Elliott , Howe all missing but that still leaves 4-6 holes to fill.

Might just have to give everyone on the list 6-10 games each from now on and see how they perform.
