Good thing about Oliver and Gawn having a bad day is that they are in most competitive teams. Especially after Oliver has been so cheap and so much money was free up from Dunkley + Neale injuries.
Was on 129 at the end of the game... probably below what I'd accept to ignore Gawn considering his history vs. North. My loop player was a Hawthorn player and by the time the Hawthorn/St.Kilda game had started the final scaling on the Collingwood game came through and Grundy had shot up to 144, which I would've taken.
Gawn will need to kick some goals here. Won't be able to destory Goldstein at the ruck contests. Hope the game stays competitive so we get some nice scaling.

Yeah, that was a **** situation - I probably would have done the same thing with 129, but you take 144 every day of the week(end). Feel sorry for those who had to deal with that with the lag in scoring. Another SC/AFL failing this year. I could have VCed Grundy but went Macrae, so it was a no brainer to go Gawn.
Edit: Didn't realise this game was in Hobart. Didn't dot the i's and cross the t's. Not that it really should matter given the formline of both teams.
