How does Bont go from 61 and 10 touches at the 13 minute Mark of the second quarter to slowing to a crawl and getting only two more touches in a quarter and a half?

As Port are within 15 points, Q1 weighting drops when Bont scored most of his points. If Bulldogs blow it it returns or he can go win the game in Q4.

Anyone else find it werid and funny watching Macraes score go from 80 to 78 to 79 all while still on the bench??

It's actually very normal.
The points are not whole numbers.
They look at how the quarter is tracking.
Do they (the 2 teams) look like scoring too low for the qtr? Then the points are bumped a little.
Do they look like scoring too high for the qtr?. Then the points are reduced a little.
These little adjustments can be made many times in the one qtr.
