Errol Gulden I think did, Tom Powell would of been close & Chad Warner I think. Tom Highmore when he eventually got games lol was around the 70 mark from memory.
Might have to go back at last year's threads to refresh my memory

Flynn went 87

Maybe @THCLT has a table showing the highest averaging rookies from last year 🤗

Round 7 we might , upgrade a mid price starting forward to a premium mid via his DPP , same as Daicos when he gets D/M
100%
Got plenty of those mid price forwards right now and that’s definitely the plan. Like Taranto as by then greene will be back and he may of fallen in price to 450-480k 🤞🏻
Easy up down with say curnow/Brodie who hopefully can get to 300k by then with 4/5 price rises

I haven't been keeping records for a few years now so am only doing things on the fly or as required.

I'm sure that there are members on our forum who can help with your query if you ask nicely...:)
Cool bananas , I will go down the library tomorrow and go through the threads from last season (might have posted something myself)

I would like to start Dunkley , Duncan , Heeney , Coniglio , Curnow + 3.

Might not be able to start both Dunkley & Duncan though.

Still have Brodie & W Rioli pencilled in , WC Williams could be a option as well

Kiddy in defence , still don't mind D Rioli as well.

Possible DPP of Daicos & JHF Round 7 possibly opens up upgrading 2 mid pricers to 2 fallen premium mids early.

Taranto definitely on the radar as well once Greene returns.

Yeah I've been trying to get Duncan in but I'm struggling also. Can get Heeney to Dusty but Duncan is a stretch too far at this stage.

Neil Erasmus another who is looking great also.

All these promising mid rookies makes me think that a starting structure of 4 premium mids & 7 mid rookies (4 starting) could be very viable.
So the polar opposite of what I want to do at this point

The DPP changes are most significant for the rookies. Basically if rookies line up in other positions they'll get the DPP, so really your planning should be about how you'll take advantage of that.

Daicos by the sound of it is going to get DEF for example, so you'll almost certainly want him to switch back, I imagine he's going to be in the last upgrades group given he should score very well in that role if it sticks. Means your starting rookies down back can be quicker cash grabs with the idea of moving them off earlier instead of the stagnant slow grind types that normally stick around as back rookies.

Really not a lot of point putting too much time into this until the games roll around, every kid is the greatest thing in intra-clubs but it's the real stuff that matters!

Massive fan of Duncan so might "force" myself to start the F line I want.

R1 & R2 are not changing , plenty not rookie kids look viable , do might adjust my back line.

You've got me thinking about where the $$ came from last year.
There were 33 players in total who cracked the $150k mark, but more common is the $100k to $150k range.
Not surprising there were lots <$100k, and I didn't bother with those who lost money.

Interesting post from jel in the RMT thread that I have taken further:

Players whose price went up by over $100K:

1643935452950.png

Still trying to figure out if there is any inferences I can make other than:
1/. The lower the starting value the more $ they make per game.
2/. The lower the starting value the greater number that will make $100K+
Startling info right.

I will keep data mining to see if there is any other insights I can make.
