Back to filling in the hole down back well but man does he **** me to watch, his inability to kick or try to is annoying with the ever predictable handballs even to guys in bad positions.

For a guy that looks/moves like a gump, I wish he had some Mumford in him and actually ran into/hit people with his size. Adelaide has very little hurt/scare factor and him cleaning up a few would be a great sight.

Same struggles getting it out of the backline where we'll continue to bomb it to him/Fog/Tex even when it's a 3v1 situation.



Funny that as the two ****house kicks he made undid some of the good stuff he did for me. Defensively he's alright and he has a nice dash of pace but those poor kicks for a top end draft pick hurt.

Haha, that's pretty funny! He looks like his legs are going to crumble every time he starts running. Looks bigger and fitter though.

Brad Hill is somewhat interesting, spent last season racking up 50-60pt first halves in a lot of games just to fade out badly in the second half and end up posting a 70-80 score at FT.

Might be worth keeping an eye on as a cut priced D6 if he has his tank back and can actually run out games better this year?

Hunter Clark looks a bad injury, you thinking Hill gets his role.? Billings has done a hammy, 4-5 weeks.?

i feel like dawson should be everyones D2, providing he does play round 1 (and i do expect him to play round 1). With Laird out for an extended period, Dawson is a good chance to be thrust into an inside mid early on in the season

No Seedsman , so think they need him outside.

Ideal opportunity for more mid time for Schoenberg.

New team, no preseason matches and no discounts makes him an upgrade target for sure. I would like to see him play first if I'm paying 550k for him.

Even with our full midfield he's still around 4th/5th mid, which is about where Berry sits too. Yet Berry is a lock and Caldwell a trap 🤔.

Thanks for these comments. Excellent context here. If others didn’t watch the game and saw the score, Caldwell will get included in teams. In my opinion, the previous preseason game (not last night) showed Caldwell’s more likely role which would translate to lower scores. However, I could be completely wrong ! Again, this is the beauty of the SC game - different opinions so back your gut ! As a disclaimer, I picked Caldwell at the start of last year in my starting team - but that was before Parish’s break out and Stringer’s emergence as midfield package.
