Voss factor? I’m impressed there, they seemed to find a second gear when needed.
Adding a genuine A+ mid in Cerra and a really strong B+ one in Hewett really makes things a lot easier, Kennedy basically replacing Walsh so they didn't lose anything there and a fit Cripps makes a huge difference.

But yeah, having a coach that demands the attack on the ball and man doesn't hurt. Basically Voss had everyone playing where they should and got out of their way, that's good coaching.

Only McGovern under 100, can't complain. I was still iffy on Hewett with 2 minutes to go before lockout, another win for not tinkering. No Cripps is a bit of a worry, but I'll stick with it for now. He looked great when imposing himself on the contest, although I have no idea who told him he should be running around looking for handball receives against a team that runs on goals from turnovers. Could benefit from not trying to play like Petracca when he's not on the same level as a power runner and doesn't play for a side that's built around imprecise ball movement.

Richmond are cooked if they can't find something in the midfield. It's hard to imagine the likes of RCD and Dow are going to provide it either. Only one player over 10 contested possessions says it all.

Bowey and Gibcus not great.
No Cripps in the end.

Have taken out Grundy and loaded up more in the mids.
Top 4 plus Neale and Rowell.
Gone Preuss R2 with Hayes E covering but might have to get jiggy if he really flops.

After replacing Darcy with Grundy, Lloyd with one of Stewart/Crisp/Rich, and a more expensive rookie with Nick Martin, I've found myself with at least 100k in the bank and no idea what to do with ito_O

Ryan and Ridley to more expensive defenders? Rachele from F6 to mid bench and Soligo to Brodie (not that I really want him)?

North Melb.
Yeap expecting Walsh and Cerra to share the same offensive midfield spot, 50 - 50 wing/inside for both.

The remaining 3 to share the other 2 inside midfield spots.

Will be a combination of the 5 players at every centre bounce
Ooo interesting!

I suspect Walsh will get more mid time than that, something like:
Walsh 80%
Cripps 80%
Kennedy 50%
Cerra 50%
Hewett 40%
