This is my feeling. I can see the merit in holding the boost trades as insurance until later if a league win is your strategy but going for overall means building the best possible team as quickly as possible. There's a lot to be said for using a boost trade this week and the next to fix structural issues and grab missed rookies and then one during each of the bye rounds. In past seasons I've often found myself hamstrung trying at this times so the boost will come in handy.

I guess the key is not to waste it / do it for the sake of it being there. If you can achieve the best possible outcome using two (or even none for that matter) in these rounds, then don't use it.
I think the logical way to use them is to assist upgrades, Id be avoiding using them for correction trades in an ideal world, but there may be a situation where you need the 3 trades, using one probably wouldn't be the end of the world.

Good point. Maybe I'll withhold judgement on Hewwit that bit longer, but I suspect he'll still end up in my team before next week's games.
I’m of the opinion that even with Cerra back, Hewatt will still spend enough time in the middle to score well enough. He’s obviously not going to score 130 every week but I still think he has real potential of being one of the better averaging defenders this season.

nah he's definitely gonna score 130 every week :ROFLMAO:

in all seriousness, for my $400k investment I am pretty happy, I think he going to end up as a top 12 defender.

Hewhat will have to wait for me... I am looking at early error corrections on Berry to Rowell and Milera to Port rookie this week - with an eye on Hewhitt and Martin next week. Four trades over two rather than 3.

Edit: misspelled 'eye'
