Jack sinclair really teasing me for starting crisp over him

seems so far that defence was the best position for the pods , with the popula picks being average so far

Gotta love SC scaling... Curnow from on target for a great game at 88 gets scaled -24 in the last quarter and a bit for a 64...

And injured for that extra salt in the wound.
Was just about to ask what happened to him , looked like he was heading for a 90+ game.

Do you know what his injury was ?

What is even a good score this week? 2200? A lot of popular players have underwhelmed.
Yeah I reckon par is going to be about 2150, seeing a lot of scores around that range. Anything 2200+ is probably doing alright. I’m conveniently up against Bluth Lodge in SCS 1000 who's easily the highest score in any of my leagues and looking at 2400+ Has English, Dunks, Cogs, Tom Green and Oliver, killing it!

Not sure on the injury, Frost pushed him over off the ball and was slow to get up and then jogged off gingerly. Was very innocuous, probably an ankle/knee though as just kind buckled.

It didn't look bad but it's him so who knows.

When he was 88 it was looking good, didn't touch it from there and was punished severely.

Some of the popular picks have failed a bit (Whitfield anybody?).

But Hall, Stewart, Short, Dawson, Hewett are all averaging 100+ and would be fairly popular?
As well as Lloyd from two matches; Ridley at 95 is not that bad either.

I wonder how many people (like me) only picked Whitfield after Lloyd didn’t get up for round one?

Also you’re forgetting Luke Ryan who's scored a 70 and a 156 so far, he should go alright against West Coast toady hopefully.

Looks like at least 2200+ to me, 9 of the 12 in my low standard mates league are 2200+ at this point, think it might be a lot more isolated bad scores around here rather than in general. Looks like top 500 is 2250 so 2200 on the low side of that.

Always depends where people want to draw their par though, personally I think top 1000 is a low end target so my par target is generally on the higher end.

Either way, I'm not remotely close to it

Yeah I always like looking at my public league, that way you get a feel how the man on the street is going, seems to be mostly 2120 to just under 2200 projected scores in there apart from the few usual donkey teams.

Wow! What an ending that was. Thought we were gone for all money when Gunston got his goal

Curnow being off for around 12 minutes in the last hurt us big time because we kept kicking long with no targets.
Our forward structure completely feel apart in that second half. Lucky to get the win, but we definitely would have lost that in years past, so small improvements.
