As someone currently dealing with COVID protocols in my personal life I can say they are both ****ing annoying but also necessary. This virus is so bloody contagious and being in the same space as someone with it means you probably get it, maybe, until the test says you didn't.

Current rule in Victoria is if you live in the same house as someone who tests positive, but you keep testing negative, you have to quarantine for 7 days with day 1 being the day when that person tested positive.

Two of my kids got it recently. The rest of us in the house managed to avoid it (well test negative anyway.)

Best way I've found to avoid Covid is to not test..........but sadly with the travel for work I'm doing lately my nose is starting to bleed every time I stick it.
