[The Myth]

I would highly recommend against these trades. With 15 trades left you can only afford to trade in guns/premiums and rookies. Butcher fits neither of these categories.

Mam as well is unlikely to play in round 14, as Reyno/Gamble are the preferred halves pairing - and there’s no reason to drop gamble who’s been there for the 6 game winning streak.

Whilst 10 isn’t fantastic for the bye round I’d recommend just holding, unless you have the cash to get to Garrick in one trade.

Personally I'm leaving Manu till R18. After this week he has Melbourne, Parra, Penrith then the bye, good enough for me to wait. (More h2h for me than overall after a poor first half of the season)

I mean that’s fair enough. However, At fullback he’s the number one captain option imo this week. He’s already got a 91 vs eels, they’ve been leaky to outside backs. Penrith and storm are tough match ups but we’ve got the depth to rest players now - particular the Penrith week as we should have the full contingent. Not a must but a very good option imo.

Thinking of going LMartin > Crichton, Staggs > Tohu. Need to do a 3rd trade to fund this, but will only have 13 left with 2 boosts.

Could go Arrow > Hammer to fund this, but would like to hold Arrow at this point as he's bottomed out and has the potential to play Rd 17 if he continues to miss Origin.

My only rd 17 players are Walker, Talakai, Ipap atm. Leaning towards trading Grant out to Mahoney or McInnes at this stage to free up some significant cash for next week to get Moses back in for Suaalii. Big fan of Eels draw to about round 20. They have also been rolling out a 4 fwd bench recently, so little risk of Mahoney's minutes being cut.

Ended up only using two trades for Garrick.

Usually complete trades before the round starts but waited until yesterday. Missed Hamiso from the Cowboys, considered Fells from the Panthers and then at one stage traded in Savage but the lack of dual position and prior scoring was not enticing for further down the track.

Decided to opt for Molo from the Dragons as a minimum priced FRF.
