Hollands plays first up on Thursday with the E as my best mid-bench rookie.

What score would you need to hold Jelly?

If the cover gets a 30, I could swap him for English or Gawn via DPP...
I think if you got a 70 you probably eat the trade. Kelly looked good and was taking over the game when it happened which sucks.

Flipside there's the slow return from concussion factor that could be relevant.

Apologies if it's a silly question but how do you sub players when trading?
Pick the player you want to trade and select trade. At the bottom of your screen there will be a trade in and trade out option, go to trade out and shift the player you are keeping to his new position. Go back to the trade in tab and pick your new player.

Was Laird crook or something? Seems very odd, at least that numbers only goes through once but at the same time it doesn't matter if he's a keeper.

I'm always gun shy about bringing in rookies after one game, I've been burnt a few times with them getting injured in their second game, they're not going to go up in price next week so it's just a matter of whether their points on field are needed. I need Sheezel and sounds like he's a solid on field option.

I have Jones and Fyfe that I'm not keen on and also Bailey Smith that was a bit of a hail mary, maybe I'll move Smith down to strengthen my defence.

Jones, Laird, Darcy OUT
McKenna, Green, JHF IN
$144,800 spare

Laird's BE too high
Laird will be absolutely fine! BE doesn't matter as long as you don't trade him (and you also have one more week before he drops) ;)

Jones also seems ok to play this week, so probably ok to keep him. I assume this is Sam Darcy? Maybe could just swap for McKenna for now.

GWS players were cooked, and travel to Perth next week. I am not expecting a great result given the fatigue, the travel and three forced changes minimum. You can hold for a week on Callaghan, or Green

Not sure I can keep Fyfe after a 26.

At least Hopper reached his BE.

Baker , Chesser (do like the link with Ginbey) , Cowan & Greene certainly not inspiring after 1 game so unless they improve they might need to be fixed Round 3.

Give the mid pricers & $ 500k defenders another week to look at.

As much looking for validation that this team isn't THAT bad as anything else. Not sure how to fix this with three trades...
Wow mate! It’s almost impressive that you ticked off all the bullets - Stewart, Jones, Laird C and Fyfe.

The few positives are that you already have Sheezel, no J Kelly (he misses a week for me after being my skipper) and Witts was solid.

Will perform much better after say Stewart -> Daicos and Jones to Cole or Chandler
