Yeah I dunno but it will be interesting. Hawthorn's a powerhouse team in trouble and Jai Newcombe is a Good News Story (TM). I'd be interested to know if the commentariat give it any air time at all or if they wheel out Big Darce to say that we don't like to see players miss weeks for that sort of thing.

I have Chandler at F6 currently but with Constable playing in the twos, I could swap him for Ginbey, take Wilmot's score and bench Ginbey, or on-trade Chandler to Noah Long, swap Gulden back forward and field Ginbey over Long.

Definitely taking Wilmot's score either way but I think getting Chandler over Long makes up for fielding him over Ginbey. The only big question is medium term JS for Chandler I guess.

Yes, he can make $130K. He has a big game in him somewhere along the line. He is probably the one most have missed, and DPP doesn't hurt.

I think his JS is pretty good. We are very short on small fowards after Rioli left, and the club absolutely loves him and the pressure and energy he brings.

He won't be a high ball getter... but he will bring pressure, tackles and a few goals. Has scored well in the first few weeks. DPP is a bonus too.

There should genuinely be an investigation into this, must have been a huge plunge on Dawson for the medal that can corroborate how utterly wrong this is, honestly the only way people could have voted for Dawson was if they had some kind of incentive to do it.

I didn't have Dawson in the top 5 and it wasn't even that close. Rankine, Thilthorpe, Laird, ROB and Rozee were all clearly better than him by any metric.

Genuinely baffling.

I love Dawson but that's just so wrong.

I've had him from the start.
No pressure on the lad, but I've got him on-field covering for LDU.
He's scored 62 & 63 so far and with a BE of -59 looks to be able to make $150k+. (insert normal rookie caveat)
