Would like to think Weddle's role improves now as theyve brought a genuine key defender and an intercept defender into the side and he's still held his spot, has scoring ability further up the ground.

Can do alot with the 70k aswell so will be the way I'm going
This does make sense - I think it all comes down to whether Weddle or Atkins need to be on field as well. Atkins obviously the better on field option, and Weddle likely needs to have 20+ touches to score well. Based on the hawks disposal winners recently I'm not sure he's that guy. But would be happy to be wrong

Yeah good point, i also feel Atkins is worth too much to just sit on the bench when thats really all i want from this second pick

Although... Atkins and his Dpp means he could solve my future problems with Baker, Ashcroft, Wilmot or anyone else.

Really im just trying to figure out if one of these guys does play for enough that they dont end stale like other rookies this year(which i guess is the million dollar question for this round🤣)

Docherty vs Bailey Smith vs Wilkie?

Wilkie has been going gangbusters, good bye too.
Smith has been going ok since returning, Treloar out helps.
Docherty has previous season form but on and off this season.

Atkins vs Weddle

Weddle allows more cash for next weeks upgrades but Atkins has DPP and more cash gen

But as far as im concerned dont have the best JS, not sure whose is better
Depends how your cash gen is going and how many upgrades you have to go, but if they are just on the bench, I would take Weddle.
Who to trade out Wilmot or JVR?
I'd get rid of Wilmot. JVR's appeal was successful luckily, I think he has a bit of incentive to do well now.

Think I agree with BH's order. Wilkie.

Cash gen isn't great..
So far i have Wilmot, Cincotta, Ashcroft, Mitchell onfield

Cowan, Constable, Chesser, Johnson, Baker(was onfield until this round), Madden, Sturt and Angwin
On bench

Soo you can see my dilemma with Byes and Rookies 😂

Could E loop Weddle or Atkins with Wilmot/Cincotta if i bring 1 in

Or is it better to save trade

Nah, use your trades. Better to get your team upgraded as quickly as possible. Lots of dead wood on the bench, I'd be trying to get non playing rookies to playing ones (but others may disagree).

Pay up for Dawson and end the pain of the last year and a half of not owning him

vs.

Ryan, Sinclair, Sicily, Doch, Saad

vs.

Pay up for Anderson

vs.

Green, Steele, Brayshaw, Mills

Apologies, a few options there. But I was set on Parish in until that went to water.

1 in 11 shot of getting the best choice. Great odds.

...Ryan?

Seriously, not sure, there's plenty of good options there.

We gotta pray for a couple downers from Dawson I think. If he torches us for the rest of the year - so be it. Too much to pay at this time of the year. Like the Sinclair pick personally but considering Hayden Young as an alternative as I think the forms shifted.

Love the Anderson pick but pretty hard to ignore Brayshaw I reckon. Knees better by his own admission and just presents too much uspide at the price.

Gotta chase the value this time of year IMO
