Like him, but a lot of those points in garbage time this week.
Hurts as a former Nugget to see him playing this well, but no.
The best of the bunch imo with Dejounte out for a while. 30min off the bench. Only problem is he's mainly just a scorer.
Not a bad option but on the lower end of mins.
Raps have players coming back, no.

Probably 2nd to Hawkins for me with role and scoring avenues, but mins could be up and down.
I think Hawkins is the clear short term option. Guys like Risacher and Sarr I believe will make money but may take some time. D*ck may play better with RJ back in the lineup, and should still start. Edey will make a good amount too.

I'm already feeling sellers remorse moving on my Rd1 Capt SGA because he has 3 games this week. Back court looks awful without him. I know it's stupid, but the aesthetics of my team on-screen is important to me haha
I could move on Barnes instead since he under performed in Rd1 and has a high b/e, but means I can't afford Jokic. Sabonis has some juicy match ups though. Thoughts?

Going the realigned rookie route as $ is going to come at a premium this season (imho). I don’t see cap rising anywhere as close as last year (Wemby, Chet) so just gonna have to try make as much as possible as early as possible
Braun, Daniels both in the starting lineup + Hawkins (playing time as Murray is OUT), which made logical sense in my mind

Very happy with the start considering $25,550,000 was wasted on Simmons and Murray which were two of the toughest spots to fill in the preseason. Holding Holmgren and Harden thanks to their upcoming fixture runs and can hopefully match some popular four game players. Scared of going in without no Doncic and Jokic but Sabonis and Wemby can hopefully go close to matching their production and could help exploit teams in RD4 when fixtures change for the likes of Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Orlando and Toronto.

Looking ahead to RD3, I would keep a close eye on LaVine in the meantime. SG and SF eligible at $12,310,000 with last season the first time since 17-18 that he has averaged less than 20RDT points in a season. Chicago and Zach would be looking to pump up his trade value before the deadline and Chicago, Houston and the Clippers are the only teams that play 4,4,4 between RD3 and RD5.

Finally got to my trades... Harden & Ant were given, considering they're playing 3 games. Feel that Barnes & JJ will come back to haunt me, but am going to keep with mostly a Guns n' Rookie stratagy, with Doncic, Sabonis, and Tatum, and hope that Klay and Wagner can work out as decent POD's.
Not having Wembey or Jokic is nerve racking though...

Looking at:
Quickley > Ivey
Yabusele > Braun
Buzelis > Hawkins
Giannis > Sabonis (maybe)
Quickley doubtful and there may be a chance I hold if he's available, but I'll likely still trade. Yabusele not getting as much minutes as I hoped, Kenyon Martin Jr getting a lot more minutes than I anticipated which is stealing Yabusele's minutes. And those minutes will only decrease when Embiid/PG return. Buzelis just doesn't have the minutes at all, easy trade. Giving Kyshawn George and Castle another chance.
Braun and Hawkins were easy trade ins for me. Braun has an increased role with no KCP and it's hard to pinpoint someone who could genuinely take a large chunk of his minutes. Hawkins looks to have benefitted from Dyson Daniels leaving and of course the Dejounte Murray injury. Ivey was a toss up with Daniels and even though I want to go for him as an Aussie, my head tells me Ivey is more reliable and has a slightly better schedule. Was pick 5 a few years ago, breakout is surely imminent.
Contemplating whether or not to boost Giannis > Sabonis. Sabonis would be captain if I went there, Tatum if I didn't. Don't usually like Tatum as a C option but he's started out in red hot form. In his 3 1st quarters, he's scored 47 actual points. The 49 and 29 DT point games were both achieved without playing in the 4th quarter. Given I don't think there's a sizeable gap between captaincy options, I feel as though I'll get more value out of a boost further down the track. Hence why I'm leaning towards holding.
Means I'll be running with 3 rookies on field again. Couldn't find a combination I liked to go down to 2. Giving Edey another opportunity on field as I think he'll do well if he can keep himself out of foul trouble. If he doesn't take it, he's staying on the bench as the C position is too valuable. Had 5 fouls in 18 minutes in his first preseason game. Then had 81 minutes over the next 4 games and recorded just the 3 fouls. Pretty confident in Braun, D!ck not so much. Had a good final game though.
